Good Multi
I like the soft gel, because large multi tablets just feel like they never break down. And this even had eye health ingredients. Very comprehensive.

So glad I tried them!
When I was first diagnosed with PCOS my vitamin/supplement regimen was complex and expensive. Maybe it helped? After having kids I took a break from the supplements, but my cycle was long (50ish days). I didn’t want to get complicated, found these and gave them a try. I’m on my second bottle and guess what? my cycle is now averaging 35-40 days. I’m not trying to conceive, so I can’t speak to the impact on fertility, but the cycle length change was dramatic and this is really the only thing I changed.
