    Online Shade Match Wasn't the Best

    I used the online shade finder and it didn't turn out the best. I used 3 or 4 other foundations to try and identify the best one, and it didn't work. I like the consistency and the coverage level so I might try a different shade in the future. Hopefully I can do that in person.

    Too much yellow

    My favorite makeup

    This blends well to my natural color. I do have to change to a darker shade during the summer months. I also need to be intentional to clean my face well after wearing. The coverage lasts all day, and it feels a medium coverage, I would say. This is my go-to foundation.

    Color too light

    To dry

    I used to love this makeup! It went on smooth and it stayed ALL DAY even in heat it didn’t sweat off and always looked good.This new formula sucks! It’s thicker than the original and it goes on too dry, it cakes and looks awful plus they don’t have the same colors and I can’t find the perfect color.The old formula was just so much better! Now I have to go find some new makeup , I’ve worn this for YEARS and have always loved Bare Minerals but I can’t wear this mess.Why do you have to change something that was perfect to begin with 😡

    the new formula isn’t light enough

    color options. no. they say they kept everything people liked about it but what i liked about it was that i finally had a pale enough shade. i’m SUPER pale and when i don’t fake tan, i need a pale enough shade to wear which is almost always IMPOSSIBLE to find. i used to use the old shade porcelain, now it’s called 05 COOL. im so upset bc what am i supposed to do now when i get pale ?????? the camera didnt rlly pick up how different they are, but keep in mind these will oxidize, only making them darker🫩

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used bare minerals only since it came out when I was a young teenager. I’ve grown up with the powder and the various liquid foundations. I’m a light coverage girlie, so I used to stick mostly to the powder, but I’ve recently started mixing a half a pump of this with my moisturizer to get a gorgeous light/medium coverage wear every day. This new foundation feels great, is a PERFECT match for my pink undertones, and is matte without taking away my glow. Plus they HIGHLY improved the bottle since the last version. Couldn’t rate this high enough.

    Disappointed

    I've used BM products for years - love them! First time using their liquid foundation and the last. The color was so far off it was comical and the viscosity is super thick making it even worse. I never before noticed the pores on my nose until this foundation settled into each and every one. Sadly, this foundation is not for me.
