Recommended for constipation relie
This product has tremendously helped my IBS constipation symptoms. If you struggle with chronic constipation, I definitely recommend this product. It also comes in packaging that has days of the week labeled. That is helpful in remembering to take it daily and knowing if you've missed a dose. I see results within about 3 days. A bit expensive but worth it.

The first thing I noticed was that the pills are labeled with days of the week which I love because I can never remember whether or not I took my medications/supplements. The capsule is small and has no taste. I have not had any adverse side effects from Align probiotic. It has helped with my occasional bloating and abdominal discomfort. Align has become part of my daily routine!

I have felt good while taking this product (I was concerned that it might be unsettling to my stomach, but this was not the case for me). I also particularly like the inner packaging, where each capsule has a day of the week beside it to help you make sure you don't accidentally take a double dose or to show you if you forgot a day. I'm very pleased with this product!
