Directions

Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every 2 hours. Use water resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating. Sun Protection Measures: Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a Broad Spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including: limit time in sun, especially from 10am - 2pm; wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses.

    NO!!!

    I hate the SPF 40 version but now it seems my old standby (SPF 15 version) is just as bad; burning eyes, sits on skin-not absorbing… I have been using Olay products for over 36 years. You are failing me and my heart is breaking.

    New formula

    I've used Olay sensitive spf 15 for the last 5 years and I loved it. Unfortunately the new complete line I recently bought is thinner, causes some dryness and a little burning sensation on my face. I will have to purchase something else to replace

    Bring Back The Old Formula

    I’ve used Olay moisturizer since I was 15 (I’m 46) as an integral part of my skincare. This new formula is a disaster. It burns my face, it’s hard to apply like cheap sunscreen. Will never use at night. I’m so sad! Bring back my lifelong favorite!

    Awful new formula

    I’ve been using this moisturizer for decades. It was legitimately the only one that didn’t hurt my skin and aggravate breakouts. I tried everything. The new formula burns and feels drying and hurts. I will no longer be purchasing any Olay products.

    Bring back the old formula

    Hate this. Doesn't moisturize the same way. I've used the old formula for 20 years for my sensitive, acneic skin. This new one burns around the eyes. Please stop changing formulations. This was my ride or die moisturizer, recommended it to everyone

    New Formula Warning!

    I’ve used this for 20 yrs and this new formula is wrecking my face. It’s causing breakouts and red patches like I’ve never experienced. It’s burning my eyes. I don’t trust Olay anymore and have to find a new daily moisturizer w SPF. It’s terrible they changed the formula. The original was perfect.

    The new formula is AWFUL!

    I've used & recommended this to friends for DECADES. No more. The new formula's horrible! It now leaves a white cast on skin, and skin feels tight/dry. It's *not* moisturizing! Awful changes. I had to stop using it. Shame they ruined a great product.

    Can no longer use!

    I've been using the old version forever and this new one burns my eyes and I have to wash it off after 30 minutes. This is definitely not sensitive and way more harsh than the original!

    Bring back the old formula

    I just put this on my face and could immediately tell it was wrong. I’ve been buying this formula for 10 years and just opened my new bottle. It’s noticeably thicker, has a chemical smell, and burns my skin. It’s not lightweight like the previous formula and feels like I rubbed Vaseline on my face. It was validating to see that everyone feels the same, but I’m deeply saddened knowing how I will have to find another option. Please bring back the old formula or I’ll have to switch.

    I pains me to write this review because I have used the original formula for 25 years, but the new formula has forced me to stop. The new ingredients burn my skin and have caused really bad breakouts. Very disappointed and will be switching brands.

    New formula is horrible

    I’ve been using this lotion for over 20 years. I bought a new one, the new formula. It felt that it was sitting on top of my skin and clogging my pores. I have cystic acne, after 2 times of use, I’m starting to breakout. Will have to find a new brand

    Bring back the original

    I’ve been using the original sensitive skin moisturizer SPF for decades. It was perfect. This new one is AWFUL. Will never repurchase. This new one burns my eyes, makes my skin burn, turns my face red, breaks me out. Will NEVER repurchase.

    More like INCOMPLETE!

    I bought this to restock on my favorite lotion and what you’ve done is created a garbage product! Been a huge supporter for 15 years. You’ve made the product smaller less quality and more expensive. Oil of lame!

    Why?

    Why change a great formula? I have been using a version of Olay complete since 1991. This new formula includes octinoxate, a chemical sunscreen that is terrible. I will no longer purchase this product and urge Olay to return to the original.
