I pains me to write this review because I have used the original formula for 25 years, but the new formula has forced me to stop. The new ingredients burn my skin and have caused really bad breakouts. Very disappointed and will be switching brands.

I’ve been using this lotion for over 20 years. I bought a new one, the new formula. It felt that it was sitting on top of my skin and clogging my pores. I have cystic acne, after 2 times of use, I’m starting to breakout. Will have to find a new brand

I’ve been using the original sensitive skin moisturizer SPF for decades. It was perfect. This new one is AWFUL. Will never repurchase. This new one burns my eyes, makes my skin burn, turns my face red, breaks me out. Will NEVER repurchase.

I bought this to restock on my favorite lotion and what you’ve done is created a garbage product! Been a huge supporter for 15 years. You’ve made the product smaller less quality and more expensive. Oil of lame!

Why?
Why change a great formula? I have been using a version of Olay complete since 1991. This new formula includes octinoxate, a chemical sunscreen that is terrible. I will no longer purchase this product and urge Olay to return to the original.

I have been using the same olay complete 15 spf twice a day every day for over ten years and now the new formula makes my eyes burn and it feels like there is a layer of filmy oil on my face. won't be re-purchasing

I have been using this product for over 40 years. I have tried other lotions and this was always the best. Sadly they have changed the formula and I agree with others it sits on your skin and is very drying. I will need to find a new moisturizer.

New formula is trash! burned my eyes, causing dry puffy eyes. The original formula was my favorite and I purchased for many years. Please stop advertising "New Look" be real and honest and advertise "New Formula" causing damage to customers skin with false advertising. Unfortunately, I willl now have to find something new.

Horrible new formula
I have used this lotion daily for 28 years, and the new formula is awful. It breaks my face out, it smells bad, it's too thick, and its oily & creeps into my eyes & burns. I'm so upset that the original formula is gone. I will never purchase again.

This moisturizer was great until it was changed. Don't even get it near your eyes and wash your hands completely before putting on any makeup. If you get it in your eyes, your eyes will be stinging and watering all day no matter what you do.

I've been using this for at least 15 years, but sadly I will not be anymore. The new formula feels like it sits on my skin instead of absorbing in, as a result my skin not only feels dry, it looks dry. It has also caused my acne to flare up.

Joining the chorus here: I used Olay’s previous formula for over a decade; it worked really well with my sensitive acne prone skin. Tried the new formula yesterday and it broke me out it in hives and made my eyes burn. Please go back to the old one!!

Horrible new formula
Why would they change something that has worked for years? This is burning the skin and smells different. My skin felt hot after using this. Makes no sense that this product would do so well for years then they want to try something different. Done with this

I’m extremely disappointed that Olay changed this formula. I’ve been using the original version for over 20 years with great results. Since the reformulation, my skin has become red, dry, and irritated. Unfortunately, I can’t use this product anymore
