Guests are saying
This mouthwash is a popular choice among guests for its affordability and effectiveness, often compared favorably to name brands like Listerine. Many appreciate its strong mint flavor and the fresh feeling it leaves in the mouth. However, some guests have noted that it can be too strong for sensitive mouths, leading to discomfort. Overall, it offers great value for those looking for a budget-friendly oral hygiene option.

New formula is disgusting
I've been using this mouthwash for years. They recently changed the formula and it is absolutely disgusting now. My mouth used to taste clean after using, now I'm desperately trying to get the taste out of my mouth.

No longer a good substitute for name brand!
The formula must have been changed recently on this product. It has lost the bold minty flavor and now coats my mouth with a undesirable film.

Tastes horrible now
Like others have said…I’ve been using this for years and it’s been great. My most recently purchased bottle tastes horrible. I don’t know if they changed the formulation? I am going to have to dump it because it’s simply not tolerable.

Why did you remove the mint flavor???
Used to be 5 stars, great taste and saved me money. Why did you change the flavor, taste like medicine now not mint. Looking for another store brand to buy now after using this for probably 10+ years.

Changed formula- super gross
They changed the formula. It tastes awful and I’m throwing out two giant bottles of it. It now tastes like that shady, bad hand sanitizer from COVID times— like cheap licorice alcohol. Super disappointing!

Burning & unpleasant
This mouthwash may be cheaper in price, but it’s likely for a reason. It burns the tongue and mouth. Not pleasant at all—I have never experienced a mouthwash like this before. Even my prescription antibacterial mouthwash doesn’t feel this way.

makes your teeth green
im not sure why there needed to be dye in a mouthwash but it actually makes your teeth green. the opposite color on the color wheel for yellow is purple, so any dye in a mouthwash that isn't purple will make your teeth an unnatural color. get a purple or clear mouthwash, NOT this stuff

Mint flavor and intensity has been reduced
For decades this was a very reliable alternative to Listerine’s Arctic Blast mouthwash but recently Target reduced the intensity that Listerine is known for. Sorry, but if there isn’t a sting or strong mint flavor then to me it’s not antiseptic and definitely not killing germs or doing the job. But it appears Target is bending to the sensitive mouthy types. Retailers need to make two versions of oral care products, standard and sensitive. Unfortunately for me, it appears sensitive versions are fast becoming more mainstream in oral care. I will be switching to the Targets competitors brand exclusively.
