absolute garbage. doesnt stick at all and doesnt have any proper way to stop the tape from coming out of the opening. every box has reopened after using this god awful tape

I bought this because I’m getting ready to move and if I would’ve had this tape dispenser to help me when I got ready to tape up my boxes this would’ve been a wonderful help but now I decided to invest in one and I’m glad that I did because now it’s gonna make tapping up boxes more easier than before.

This packing tape does not adhere well to boxes at all. Do not recommend using for packing.

Pure nightmare! totally failed to hold.
We purchased this product a month ago and used it to seal boxes we were using to move. Everything looked great, until we went to move. The tape kept falling off of the boxes and the boxes were opening while being transported to and from the truck. It was a nightmare! We can't believe that what used to be the "best go to product in the business" fell apart as much as it did.

Do not buy
This is not like similar tape guns you might find at a job site that are easy to use. Better to use the standard plastic roll cutter that comes with heavy duty tape than this. Also, sharp edge puts holes in every box unnecessarily when I cut off the end, which leaves tiny holes that tiny bugs could infiltrate. I do not recommend.

Not good, doesn't work well, bad design
This just doesn't do it. No better than a roll of tape with the cutter on it. It constantly doesn't cut causing me to have to get scissors, it will sometimes jump off the cutter wheel causing me to have to hunt for the tape end and restring on the wheel. Just simply a waste and not good.

Worst design ever
3M Tape Dispenser is not a hit! Tape sticks to the guide and when you get it unstuck then you have a terrible time getting it cut. Worst design ever. They must have had a 3 year old design this one. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ONE.

I am soooooo upset with this tape! I've been buying it for years and lately it is horrible! It simply won't stick to the boxes. Easily comes off. Doesn't keep it closed unless you use a ton of it! Hate it! Will never buy it again! I'd rate it zero but it doesn't let me.,

Should have been easy to use. The tape constantly kept getting stuck on the role. Wasted a lot of time and tape trying to detangle. Wished there was a Uline option.
