Fairy Tales Rosemary Repel Daily Shampoo - 12 fl oz

We wanted to love this shampoo but unfortunately after several times of buying it we noticed that my daughter’s hair started thinning out and falling out so much. My daughter has curly hair.

Do not recommend if you have dry and/or curly hair. This dried my little girls scalp out SO BAD. We thought she just had dandruff until my hairstylist told me to try changing her shampoo. Her hair was so dried out we were only washing once a week. We changed shampoos and after THE FIRST WASH her hair and scalp were SO MUCH BETTER. She no longer has dry, scaly patches on her scalp and her hair looks and feels so much more healthy.

I bought this shampoo hoping it would help prevent head lice, and my child used it consistently as directed. Unfortunately, despite regular use, my child still ended up with a head lice infestation. I understand that no product can guarantee 100% protection, but based on our experience, this shampoo did not prevent lice as advertised. I was very disappointed, especially since we used it specifically for prevention. I hope this review helps other parents make an informed decision.

DO NOT BUY!! Major hair loss!! Literally by touch or every second there is a string of hair that falls out!

I bought this in hopes it would help repel bugs in general this summer bc of the rosemary. It smells amazing and my toddler loves it so far. Pricey shampoo, especially for a toddler.

When my first daughter was school age I started using this to be preventative but loved how it made her hair feel and the smell is wonderful so I used it all of the time. She’s 18 now and this kept her curly hair great all them formative years. Excellent product.

Have been using this for years since our little one started preschool. There have been several outbreaks at school and my child has never once gotten lice. They are now in the 4th grade so it’s been many years of worrying about outbreaks and it’s nice to know this shampoo and their leave in conditioner are so effective!

My daughter came home from school & was scratching, I checked her hair & sure enough she had Ukus (lice). I did some research & I didn’t wanna use Nix brand, then I came across fairytale Shampoo, Conditioner & Spary (conditioner leave in bottle) bought all 3. Came home did a wash & was literally amazed at how fast it killed the live ones. I was like ok, this is my new go to now. I had read reviews about how they used this product & their hair fell out:( I would say my doughter hasn’t experienced it. But it got me thinking it says they could use it daily but I will probably use this 2x to treat her hair & use the spary just until her head is clear, then I will give the product a rest & pray I don’t need to bring out all 3 bottles again:) I will say my daughter’s hair is like so nice, fresh smelling & great. The oils inside don’t bother any of us because we think it smells good. But it maybe a strong smell for others.

My tk child still got lice after using this shampoo along with the spray :(

Love it! We stopped using it last year because we ran out and I was trying to clean up our cabinets…. Worst idea. Within two weeks of not using this product our daughter got lice. It was terrible! This stuff works. I swear by this brand!

Should have read all the reviews before purchasing. After ONE use, my young daughter's hair fell out in clumps - I thought she got a hold of scissors and cut her hair, brushed it and more clumps came out. Pass. The two sets I bought are heading to trash.

Like this product a lot makes my daughter hair really soft

I don’t know if the product works or not. The smell was so bad I couldn’t bring myself to use it on my kids hair.

The best! I’ve used this on my kids since they started school just to prevent any lice from coming home and till this day they haven’t ! Theres a little smell but not too bad i think it’s the tea tree oil or whatever they use but definitely recommend! I also only use one bottle per kid for the year so it definitely lasts a long time!

We use this year round to help keep LICE away. Bonus that it smells pleasant.

Used on my kids while there was a big lice outbreak at our school. No lice yet! Smells great and also washes their hair well and rinses clean. Would recommend!

The shampoo and conditioner (with the leave in conditioner) has really helped keep my kids lice free this school year! Definitely recommend!
