Taking these causes an excessive amount of B12 in my system and, fun fact, excessive B12 leads to ACNE. I’ve NEVER had acne on my forehead, even as a teenager, NEVER. And now I have over 50 pimples on my forehead and I wish I was exaggerating. It’s also spreading to the rest of my face sadly. Pictures don’t even do it justice.
