Aug 2 2025. So far so good, I have to drink a big gulp of water to swallow these monsters. At 53, so far my nails started growing in the 2nd week of purchase !! I’m tracking when I purchased them and it’s been a month now, & I track what I am noticing and when I notice in my cellphone calendar. My thin hair seems like it’s thicken just a tiny bit . I know it will take baby steps as I have been eating egg whites everyday as well for Protein for my hair. I won’t be Crystal Gayle with hairdown my back but I hope to see change Thanks! I've been taking collagen for a few months now to help with some lingering tendonitis issues and it actually seems like it's helped me feel better. These pills are a convenient way to take in a few grams of collagen without messing around with a drink powder. They're also a two-fer since you're getting some antioxidants with the Vitamin C! I'm told that collagen is good for my skin and hair, too, so I suppose that'll be a nice side effect.

The pills are big but not the largest I’ve seen. The taste isn’t chalky, which is good. I would prefer if it wasn’t 3 pills in one serving, as I end up feeling full of water once I’m done taking all 3. Not sure how effective they are yet, but time will tell.

I have been using these Collagen+C supplements for 10 days. I’m not impressed. The caplets are quite large and the suggested dose is three of them! They are coated but the coating has a taste that I do not care for even for the two seconds they are on my tongue. I can’t say that I have noticed any positive impact from the supplements - though 10 days probably isn’t long enough. Though I have been having some intestinal issues since I started taking them. I can only assume it’s from this supplement. I won’t continue taking these.

Easy to take pills that helps with strengthen nails, healthier hair, and better skin. It's gluten-free and is suitable for most people. I replace my victims C and Biotin pills with this and it has really help with my thinning hair.

What a great combo to take daily, the collagen is great for your hair skin and nails while the vitamin c is great for immunity health. I feel like I’ve been sick on and off for several months so I’m hoping this will help.

Why did they change the formula?? these have an awful smell and a god awful taste to them now! Bring by the old formula! These make me gag!!

Too soon to tell will update after I get through a bottle or two. I used to take a brand for years - natures bounty - something like that can’t remember. I took three daily - it had copper in it for sure - can’t remember if it had anything else. I took it from my late 20s to mid 30s until they reformulated it without copper. The new formula was chalky and did nothing. Idk if the copper made a difference or not but I’ve tried several collagen supplements since then and I cannot tolerate any of them. They give me migraines and make me breakout. Since stopping collagen my skin barrier has been awful and I’ve had a lot of issues. Decided I would try this brand because it’s the same dose as the previous brand I was taking. I have tried lower doses in other brands but still have the same issues. And many of them have extra biotin and other vitamins that either make me nauseated or give me headaches/breakouts. I don’t mind the size of these tablets. They don’t make me nauseated or give me migraines. I started with two daily and now moving up to three. I’m dealing with a current skin issue in that my skin isn’t healing. Hoping this will help. I’ve read articles that you have to take super high doses of collagen to notice anything maybe that’s true but I swear my skin was so much better when I was on it before. I do deal with thyroid/low iron issues and obviously aging (now 44) so I will keep taking this for now and see if I notice anything. But not giving me migraines or making me sick makes it worth trying in my book.

Noticed a difference in my hair and skin when taking this

They just changed the recipe and whew… something is off. The smell and taste is bad. The old ones were perfect. I HATE when they make changes for the worse.

The pills are big, yes they are. If you have trouble swallowing the pill then get a pill cutter and cut in half or in quarters. Or you can buy a pill crusher and crush them and put them in pudding or applesauce

I have no idea if these work because they are giant horse pills that are almost impossible for me to swallow. I gagged the first time, threw up the second, and the rest of the bottle is going in the garbage because more hair is not worth this unpleasantness. I do not have problems swallowing small tablets or medium coated capsules, but these chalky pills are about four times as large as I could easily swallow.

So far so good! I purchased these cuz I’m in my 40’s and I miss having a fuller more youthful face. Now that I’m older I’m thinking a lot about maintaining my youth something I never worried about when I was in my 20’s and 30’s! Taking these pills I’ve noticed a slight plumpness to my cheeks and a more rounded baby face appearance. Granted I haven’t been taking them for very long but I do notice the wrinkles from my nose to the corner of my mouth is filling out more. So it’s kinda like Botox in a way but slower acting where you gradually began to see the fullness and shine come back to your face and skin. So if I continue taking these I guess I could pass for 20! The only con is that the pills are waaaaay too large! I almost choked on them trying to swallow so I take them with soda because for some reason they go down smoother than with water! You take three with a meal. But overall I’m just going to see how I look and feel and give an update!

Love the price and the quantity

I really love how it’s easy on my stomach. Not a fan of how huge the pill is, and I will not repurchase because I see Talc is an ingredient. Target please remove that and I’ll be happy to reconsider

Works pretty good. After about three weeks of use I noticed my hair stronger and my nails had a lot less white spots. The skin on my face was glowing as well. Definitely worth the money.

Very difficult and painful to swallow.
