Not good anymore. Barely sticks.
Does not stick. The adhesive is too weak. Does not breathe. I think they changed the supplier because it used to be pretty good tape that stayed on even when sweating. Now it's weak and starts to come off within 5 minutes of taping on my ankles.

Product sucks
Bought this to help with knee pain and what a joke! It was coming off less than 2 hours. Once it peels off it's no longer sticky. It feels awful on your skin. Do not recommend. Returning the two boxes I bought. I thought they would work fine but in this case you get what you pay for. Do not recommend unless you want to keep using more tape. What a waste of money.

I bought this same exact brand of tape last year. It was great and stuck well on skin. This year I bought it again and it is terrible. It is less sticky and constantly lifting from skin. Feels like the quality has definitely changed. Not cool.

Does not peel my skin
Finally something that sticks with hold without tearing off my skin! It’s easy to cut and layer to make big enough pieces and with other tapes I have to stand in the shower and slowly peel it off with the hopes it doesn’t tear or peel my skin but this comes off when you want to take it off just fine! Depending on the body part if you sweat it still may stay in place depending on how much you use if that makes any sense. I’d definitely repurchase this in needed too! This isn’t sponsored or given to me for free like some of these paid influencers. I bought this with my own money.

My favorite sports tape
Good version of this type of product. I'm a runner and I use this to tape my arches and toes for support and blister prevention. Put it on clean, dry skin and it stays on until I take it off to shower.

Not a dupe for KT Tape
I purchased thinking that it would be comparable to the KT Tape. It’s not nearly as great as the actual brand. It’s not as thick or supportive and is very hard to cut because it bends so easily. It doesn’t stay on the skin as well, either.
