Q: can u leave this in your hair like a leave in?

  • A: It doesn't read leave in conditioner. The line does offer leave in treatment however this conditioner is for 15mins. I personally leave it in for 45mins under the dryer and wash it out.

    Moisturizes without weight

    I have very fine, color treated 2C/3A hair. It is hard to find hair products that moisturize while also not weighing down my hair. This masque is the best! I boost the effective of this by using a heat cap for 20 minutes before rinsing it out. It leaves my hair so mooth and soft while retaining its curl and body. My hair stylist at a high end salon that sells very expensive products actually asked me what I use because my hair looks and feels so healthy. When I told her Shea Moisture Strength & Restore Masque, she said she'd heard great things about Shea Moisture products and to keep using it.

    I’m satisfied

    I've been using this product for several days now, and the hair around my head has already started to grow back nicely. I apply it in the morning to a dry area, free of any other product, so that the gel's ingredients are in maximum contact with my scalp. This product has a rather sticky texture, so in the evening, I make sure to clean around my head because I only shampoo once a week and I absolutely want to avoid any buildup. I spray a mixture of water, apple cider vinegar, and essential oil (tea tree, rosemary, or peppermint) and massage it in for a few minutes. I'm very satisfied. I will definitely buy this product again.🥰

    I use these gels to define my curls. My hair is wavy and these gels are good to define my wavy. These leaves very soft texture and I will be easy to brush even if your hair is not curly or wavy.

    I use this once a week as a deep conditioning treatment. I let it sit for 5-10 mins, and it has done wonders for my curls. It is so hydrating that even my hairstylist noticed! It is definitely a staple in our house!

    It was good, but so so now

    The formula was changed it because conpany was sold to a traditional commertial unilever company, so I supose that is the problem, please new owner, go back and do the right things.

    This is a great product. The scent is absolutely beautiful and my edges stayed down with no problems. It softens and hydrated it. I did not experience any white flakes like most edge treatments. And it last longer if you use the whole set honestly.
