I love my Swiffernwet jet. my last one worked for 6 years! The new one I got doesn't work though!? I am using the old Swiffer's battery pack and then it works. But kind of a bummer to get a new one that doesn't power on or spray water.

broke in less than a year. I made sure the batteries were fresh and one day it just didn't work. I bought this less than a year ago and only used it about once a month. garbage.

Has minor issues
This is a great mop that we use all the time but has two exceptions: 1. The handle is too short for anyone over 5 feet tall. Hurts mine and my wife’s back. 2. Leaves mop particles on the floor that must be vacuumed up after using.

I love it, but it keeps breaking
I love my WetJet, but this is the second one I’ve had in the past 2-2.5 years that broke. When I hit the button to spray, it makes the sound but nothing comes out and I’ve done different things to try and fix it. I’ll still use it, but use a handheld cleaning spray to spray the floor instead. I won’t purchase another

Piece of crap
I bought a new wet jet to replace my old one that was probably 10-15 years old. I used the new one maybe 4 times (on a small area) and it already doesn't work. The cleaner still has liquid, I replaced the batteries, and nothing. Everything new is crap.

Instructions on how to put pad on the right side was not clear on the box. Once clear it works fine.

Not worth it
It works great when it works, but this is the second one in a row that just stopped working. We only had this one for a few months.

Do not waste your money.
This product sucks. I purchased the wet jet mop. I used it maybe two or three times it stopped working. For the price I paid, it should be a reliable product. I have wood floors and told this is the best product to use. So very disappointing.

I love the idea but the handle disconnects all the time. If the mop would just stay together I could let the other issues go. But there a few different wet mop varieties and the parts don't work together. I'll be trying the Bona system next to see if they are better.

Just add the screwdriver I need.
Great product, I love it……expect for the part where it doesn’t come with a screwdriver that actually can work because apparently out of almost 30 screw drivers I found one that worked on TWO SCREWS when there are clearly THREE idk how you expect me to put batteries in my mop handle if I can’t even get the screws out without having to buy a new screwdriver to work?!

OUCH! DOUBLE WHAMMY!
Purchased 2 wet jets. The first in January of 2024. It was used as directed; mopping a small kitchen floor a few times a month. Purchased the 2nd wet jet in August of 2025. Both products stopped working this month (February 2026). After hours of troubleshooting, I’ve concluded that the motor no longer works in the first product, and the second product must have been I lemon, as there is a complete power failure (no lights, no motor), despite having brand new batteries. I am dissatisfied, to say the least. Being the massive conglomerate they are, I’m wondering how P&G plans to amend this problem.

Second WetJet stopped working
I am very disappointed in the Swiffer WetJet. My first WetJet quit working due to the motor and now so has the second one. This time again, it’s the motor. I tried new batteries, and even cleaned out the spray nozzles. But it just won’t work anymore. I think it's only 4-5 months old.The last couple times I used it, the motor sounded like it was “dragging” or just not working right. And now, I can’t use my spare pads & cleaning solutions. Is there anything you can do?

Swiffer Wetjet Did Not Spray Floor Product
No matter what I tried, this wetjet would not spray the product on my floor. I changed batteries, put in brand new ones, checked my assembly. Nothing worked. When the box arrived it was leaning against my garage door and the box was in bad shape. Maybe this was a return, I do not know. This I do know. I will never buy this again. UPC on box: 3700092810.

Lasted 3 cleans
When it works it is a good product but it is a reliability nightmare. The spray motor is prone to failure. This is the third WestJet I have purchased that has failed. Each one, has lasted less than the one it is replacing. I can’t justify replacing and I’m trying to figure out how to use my remaining solution and pads.

Must have in every home
This does exactly what it says it will. It helps eliminate dust on lots of different surfaces and is easy to put away when not using. I would highly recommend and always have one in my closet ready to use.
