Q: Will this work with sensitive skin?

  • A: I'm afraid we can't guarantee that this will work for sensitive skin - as everyone's skin is different. Furthermore all of our derma tests are completed on 'normal' skin types. However the masks fo come with 3 pairs, so we'd recommend cutting a little bit of the eye patch and sticking it behind your ear to test for 20 minutes. If sensitivity occurs then remove and do not use. Otherwise you should be fine to proceed. Always patch test when possible. Thanks!

They have stated that 'based on an analysis of the individual ingredients and their concentrations within the formula the weight of evidence indicates that this product would be safe for pregnant and lactating women.     I never write reviews, but here we are; this product should not be sold at all. Both the Target reviews here and the brand's website reviews for this product show several people giving 1-star reviews for what is equivalent to a chemical burn reaction. Unfortunately, I am definitely added to that list. Both of my under eyes are red and irritated where the product was placed (photo attached under one eye). The under eye area burns, and it almost feels numb. I almost brought these to put under my eyes for the end of my 8-hour flight coming up; I wanted patches that were paper-like on the outside rather than slimy on both sides, but I am so so glad I tried a few days before my flight. I will be sticking to my trusty slimy eye patches, which are the grace & stella gold energizing eye masks, if anyone here is looking for a recommendation to something that works without giving you a chemical burn. The rest of these que bella ones will be going in the trash.

    Gave me and my husband chemical burns

    I wish I could give this negative stars. My husband and I used these and we both got chemical burns under our eyes. He had used them before without an issue, so maybe this is a bad batch but I won’t ever use these again.

    My boyfriend got these because we do a lot of traveling. My first time using them, my under eye was a little irritated but I didn’t equate it to the product. Second time using them, my under eye began burning almost immediately. I took them off and trashed the remaining pair.
