This all-in-1 micellar cleansing water is a facial cleanser and waterproof makeup remover that is surprisingly powerful, yet gentle on skin. This micellar water for all skin types effectively cleanses, removes waterproof makeup and refreshes skin. Like a magnet, micelles capture and lift away dirt, oil and makeup without harsh rubbing. This facial cleanser and waterproof makeup remover cleanses to remove stubborn makeup, leaving skin clean without a greasy residue. This Garnier micellar water is gentle on skin and can be used to remove face makeup and waterproof eye makeup. This gentle cleanser is paraben-free, fragrance-free, sulfate-free and silicone-free.

DIRECTIONS: Shake well before use. Saturate a cotton pad with the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water for Waterproof Makeup. TO REMOVE EYE MAKEUP: Hold pad over closed eyes for a few seconds, then gently wipe away makeup without harsh rubbing. TO CLEANSE SKIN & REMOVE FACE MAKEUP: Gently wipe pad all over face until skin is clean and makeup and impurities are removed. Use daily. No need to rinse.

Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
