White Cuisinart hand Mixer
I just purchased this hand mixer and tried it out on whipping cream and pie filling. It handled great and the end product turned out well. Easy to use and shift speeds. Also the beaters ejected fine.

Doesnt last long
When it was working it was great but it barely lasted over a year. The motor burned out in the middle of making frosting. My last mixer lasted 7 years so this was a bummer because it was “nicer” than my last one.

Just a 3-speed mixer now
After fewer than a dozen uses only speeds 2, 3, and 4 work, and 2 is too fast to blend dry ingredients.

Not as good as it used to be.
We seem to go through one of these every couple of years. I bought my first one 30 years ago. It lasted 20 years. Finally in 2021 it gave up the ghost, so I bought a new one. That one lasted exactly two years and our daughter bought another. That one has lasted exactly two years. I didn't realize at the time that Cuisinart has a 3 year warranty and we chucked the oldone. This time, I am going to apply for the warranty.

Great mixer but doesn't have a slow speed so a light batter ends up all over the kitchen.

Trash hand mixer
This is the worst hand mixer I’ve ever owned. It died within 6 months of using and only using it a few times! The motor runs but the mixers don’t. A waste of money.

Not a durable mixer
Used maybe a dozen times over the course of 13 months when the gear stopped working on one side so only one beater would turn. Not worth the $40 for sure.

40 years later…
I needed to replace my mustard yellow Hamilton Beach hand mixer, circa 1980, so opted for the Cuisinart. Little did I know that these wire whisks would be so magical. In the old days, I would stand there whipping cream endlessly with my old mixer. This time I had a recipe that required my Kitchenaid stand mixer for the cream cheese part of the filling and another bowl for the whipping cream portion. I only have one bowl so whipped the cream in my big Pampered Chef measuring bowl. I started of slow and kicked it up eventually to whip. Wow. It was done so fast that I was afraid I was about to make butter. Well done Cuisinart!

Very powerful mixer
Comedically powerful. I live in fear of it. This is a weapons grade beast that will splatter your walls with zero care for convince. Rock hard butter, bread dough, frozen chocolate chips, I half believe it could pulverize rock. There is no light setting. Just war. Needs a weaker starting speed and better vibration protection. Exceptionally loud

Absurd speed levels
It’s level 1 speed is so fast, that it is impossible to beat things slowly. So if that’s what you’re starting from, it’s very hard to use if you want to build a gradual speed. Had I known that, I would’ve purchased a different mixer.

Powerful mixer!
Love this mixer so far. It's sturdy, pretty light, and easy to use. The only reason for four instead of five stars is that I wish the lowest setting beat more slowly & gently. It's much faster than expected/wanted and sent flour flying all over at one point, and batter later on at another. It would offer more control while baking if the lowest speed didn't start off so high. With that said, I'm still happy with my purchase and would recommend this mixer at this price point.

Great 5 Speed Hand Mixer
I bought my hand mixer Feb. 19, 2025. & just love it! Made mashed potatoes the other night. The texture was great! All I have to do is make a speed selection. It has a release lever for the beaters making them very easy to come off. l thought it was nice that a spatula was included. It’s nice to have the swivel cord for left or right-handed use. The heel rest makes it convenient to put down when not in use & cleaning is very easy. Feb. 19 was my lucky day!

Lasted less than 2 years
I used this mixer for less than two years and the gears in the motor stripped out. It never really had a low speed, it would fling flour everywhere. But that doesn't matter anymore because now it's toast. Not made to last at all.

Do not purchase
Do not buy. Only lasted two years with minimal use. It will turn on but the paddles don’t spin. My other hand mixer (different brand) lasted 15 years.

Excellent mixer
The mixer works great. Exceeds expectations. I was a little concerned with the design of the beaters, but they completed all the jobs needed for the perfect Thanksgiving dinner.
