Featuring a comfortable cushioned seat and sturdy backrest, this lightweight aluminum transfer bench by Drive Medical is both comfortable and versatile. With unique "Dual Column" extension legs, you can adjust the height in 1/2" increments and the seat back adjusts without tools. The bench comes with a new "A" frame design composed of 1" aluminum frame that is light, sturdy and corrosion resistant. Extra suction cups provide additional stability and tool-free assembly will make your life even easier.

quick question

I just bought this bench and didn't realize that I needed the one with the seat in order to wash properly. Do I have to return this entire frame, or can I just buy the padded seat cushion and it will fit on this frame? Please let me know because that would hurt.

Inside tub seat use is 16 inches

This was a terrible transfer bench for me. The inside measure of the usable seat width was only 16 inches. With the A frame the inside edge of the bench was about 10 inches away from the tub wall. So I wound up with my bottom hanging off the inside edge of the bench. The awful suction cups also added to the vast distance between the edge of the bench and the tub wall. Fortunately I was able to replace it with a much better bench. Stay away from this thing if you aren’t super skinny.
