A: Items are manufactured and assembled in the United States. Some items may contain foreign parts from our Ashley Furniture overseas plants. This lamp is not designed to rotate. I believe what you are looking for is called a swing-arm lamp which would have the rotating feature.

Lovely Little Floor Lamp
I was very happy with this purchase. The lamp fit right between my couch and recliner. It looks good and the lamp/table combo is why I bought it. I like not worrying about having a lamp on the table that can be knocked off or accidentally broken by the grandkids. This is the perfect solution and the perfect lamp for our household.

Lamp is nice, wood table top, not good quality.
I was disappointed to see the wooden table top because it was scraped up and damaged looking. I didn't think it was worth boxing it back up to return it so I bought a wood color repair kit for the surface. The lamp and everything else is fine.
