Years Later...
I bought this pillow for bad acid reflux years ago. I pull it out nights where I have reflux or the kids have a lot of drainage from a virus. It helps keep you well elevated and makes it easier to get some rest when you feel off. I would not purchase it for an everyday use pillow. Yes, the pillow case is cheap. I just stick a flat sheet over it which is better anyways because it’s a puzzle to get back in the case.

Didn't Work For Me.
I bought this because I’m a side sleeper and wanted some extra cushioning for my shoulders. This is VERY firm and did the opposite of what I was looking for. It’s also so slanted that I kept sliding down to where my shoulder would end up at the bottom of the wedge. I guess it’s a matter of what you want it for, but it did t work for me.

It says it is memory foam, but it is the hardest memory foam I've ever had. It is like a board. The fabric is soft, though. I don't like it, and my kids don't like it. The cat likes it. I would not recommend this item, nor would I buy it again. Plus, it came a week late.

Good Buy
The wedge pillow arrived before the scheduled delivery date. It is very firm which I like but comfortable to sleep on. I also like that with the extension it is longer than any other pillow I could find. I would recommend to anyone with reflux.

Very poorly sewn . The zippers are cheap. The zipper between the 2 sections of memory foam are poorly sewn. Sections are an inch off and do not line up! Material is to loose as well. Material is easily soiled.

Not for me.
The pillow is as advertised, but I slept on it one night and did not find it comfortable. I would return it, but I tore the packaging when opening it. It's too big and bulky for me. Maybe I don't know how to use it properly, but I won't use it any more. It isn't your fault, service was fine and on time. Thank you.
