Great!
Monitor works great and have not had any issues with lag or connectivity so far in our 2 story house. My SIL has used this monitor for 4 years with my nephews so I know it lasts a long time. original wall charger did not work but Emma with customer service quickly got a replacement sent!

Good camera
This monitor has worked great for us. We’ve had it for about 3.5 years. We added a second camera when we added our second baby. The second one had a weird issue with a high pitch beeping, but they had excellent customer service and replaced it for us. Not the clearest picture at night, but you can see enough to know if your baby is asleep or awake. I’d recommend!

Review after 1.5 years of use
Writing this review after using this monitor daily for the last 18 months. Pros: Simple, non-wifi, no issues with signal reaching throughout our average sized house. Cons: The temperature reader stopped working about a year into having this. The temperature will jump from the 50s to the 80s and everywhere in between. After looking it up, it seems this is a common issue with this monitor. It sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t, so we just assume the template reader is unreliable. My biggest complaint is the battery. The monitor will say it’s fully charged, and when you unplug and turn it on, the battery is already at 3 bars instead of 4. We will leave it plugged in all day and it will still say it’s not fully charged, or it will charge for a few minutes and claim to be fully charged. It’s annoying to have to leave it plugged in all the time because we don’t know when the battery is working correctly. All in all, I’d say this monitor should cost like $50. I think there is a very similar version sold by an off brand that I would’ve gotten instead if I’d known about it. It works fine for my one child, but I feel like it should work better for how much it costs. It does work better than many of the other monitors that use apps instead of a standard monitor, and we’ve never had connectivity issues or anything. But it does seem overpriced for what you get.

Battery life sucks
Video quality and sound quality are pretty good but the battery life is complete trash. It's so crazy. I wish I would've known before it was too late to send it back. We bought a $50 baby monitor on Amazon for our older child. The video quality is 720 P but the battery lasts several hours longer without even having to think about putting it on the charger.

Great product, great customer service
This has worked great for us as a monitor. We had an issue with the monitor component, and even though it was outside the year-long warranty, they got me a whole new component! Emma was especially great and accommodating. Excited to keep on using it with our kid and others to come.

Useless.
This is awful, the sound does not work and we can’t return the item because it’s too late. But we are just now using it due to our baby moving into his room and not the bassinet anymore. I wish there was a way to receive a store credit or return this item somehow since it is basically useless without sound.

Electronics are a pain.
It's defective. I got it as a baby gift, and we even got a spare camera to sync to it, and it doesn't work. The cameras won't sync, and the battery for the monitor doesn't last long as it said it would. We didn't open the product until our baby was able to sleep in his crib.

This monitor is not remotely worth the price
This is the most wildly priced item I've maybe ever purchased. The battery life is terrible. The range is terrible. It's nice that it can't be hacked, but otherwise I cannot begin to imagine what justifies the price. Rookie mistake - I should have done more research.

Built to fail
Monitor has multiple flaws after one year of use. Only keeps getting worse. Sound comes and goes- it has to be positioned just right for it to work consistently. Signal says out of range randomly- does not reconnect if I turn it off/on again. Lots of safety concerns with those two things.

The customer service is outstanding for this company! Any problem I have had they have quickly resolved and sent me a new unit quickly without worry! The monitor puts my mind at ease bc it's a closed circuit and no potential for being hacked into. Also is a great monitor to bring anywhere you will not have WiFi available!

Safe and Efficent
I love this monitor. We have two of these monitors for our children and find them to work great. Our images are always clear and the sound is loud and clear. We don’t have to worry about WIFI with these monitors, which is an added bonus. The signal has always been strong. We can move around our whole house, the garage, even the backyard without worrying about losing signal. The battery life is great. I always charge it overnight and I’ve never had issues. I feel like it helps me to keep my children safe while providing an easy to use design. I would highly recommend this monitor!

One of my favorite registry gifts
Really like this! We use it all the time and have not had issues. There are occasions where it says it’s out of range but we just put its antenna up and it’s back in business. We have also traveled with it and that was easy as well.

The range on it is horrible. It will cut out of range all night when we are less than 25 feet from the camera. For how expensive it is, I’m extremely disappointed.

Not great
I do not recommend this product. So many issues with it. The battery is awful. It dies within minutes of being unplugged. Sometimes the sound goes out if I move the camera. The sound cuts in and out all night long. It beeps like it’s out of range even when I’m like 15 feet away on the same floor.
