Inaccurate photos, cheap knockoff delivered

Product received is different in at least three noticeable ways and is much lesser quality than shown. First the photo shows metal end caps. Instead it has transparent plastic pieces attached which are not removable. Second, the metal ring is shown as being vertical and seems to be a decorative finial. It cannot stand up, is not the same material as the stand, possibly not metal at all. Also the hooks are a reverse from the photo, toilet roll side going to the left not right. This is not important but it makes it seem the product delivered is a cheap knockoff of the one I ordered from the photos on the website. Would love to get these exact item as shown, but not this tacky knockoff.

You WILL be disappointed.

Just like another reviewer said, this looks spray painted, like a child’s craft project. See photos of the poor quality “metal” painting. Also, the TP arm leans down, so the toilet paper slides off. It’s one thing to look cheap, it’s another to not do the ONE thing it’s supposed to do.

Doesn't keep TP on

Item wasn't bad quality. My issue was that the toilet paper doesn't stay on! It needs a ball or something to keep it on otherwise it's ornamental and not functional.

The item I received was nothing like the picture. It looked spray painted, the loop was broken and hanging, the stand looked like it was put together by a toddler. Horrible product, especially for price.

Poor Quality

Very poor quality. I knew this item was going back soon as I opened the box. The top section looks like it was spray painted and then touched up! It is also crooked and can’t be adjusted. Really disappointing.
