It's really beautiful and very comfortable.

It took 2 people 2 hours to put this together. Once assembled, it is very hard to open into a bed and almost impossible to close back into a couch. The wood creaks when you sit on it. What a waste of time and money. I need to call Target to see what can be done to rectify this - although the return policy says you can't return it if the box is opened. So, how do you know until you put it together if it is something you want to keep? This is the first time I've ordered furniture from Target. I doubt I would order anything again unless I could see it fully assembled. RATINGS: It's difficult to rate quality. The wood is solid. The mattress is ok. However, it doesn't work as a futon because the design is bad. The ease of assembly was difficult. The value is poor because it doesn't function as a futon which is why I bought it.

Mattress is comfortable, wood feels very sturdy. Not too complicated to put together, the instructions were very clear. Overall very satisfied with the quality for the price that I paid.

This took my husband and me about 4 hours to assemble and we needed a very large space to do it in. Corporations should use this type of assembly as a "team building" workshop. It arrived in three large boxes and the parts for the futon and frame were marked very well with good directions, part numbers on the parts and color coded dots to guide the assembly. The instructions for the drawers - not so much - but then drawers are easier. The pieces were all there and the futon is solid when assembled. I would have given it five stars for less assembly. It was a little overwhelming to receive one large box of wood pieces, but in all fairness, the pieces even came out of the box in the order that they were required. The blue denim was more of a teal color; think 1970s.

Pretty sturdy piece. Easy to assemble but changing position with the mattress on is very hard.
