how to measure

finding your shoe size takes just 3 steps.

  1. Stand with one bare foot on a piece of paper.
  2. Mark the paper at the back of your heel bone & at the end of your longest toe.
  3. Measure the distance between these two points in a straight line, & repeat the same steps for the other foot.

If one foot is longer, use the larger measurement to find your shoe size by referencing the size chart above. If your measurement is in between sizes & the shoes don’t come in half sizes, please round up to the next size.

    Must Try!

    I got these Fab Feet Women's by Foot Petals Fit Essentials Shoe Cushions in Khaki and boy did they do the trick. I had some heels that weren’t too comfortable and when I walked the back slid off. These shoe cushions were a lifesaver, now I can wear my shoes for hours.

    Not enough adhesive.

    I work from home so I do not have to really wear uncomfortable shoes. I put these in a pair of tennis shoes that were a bit too big hoping it would help. The heel portion has adhesive along the whole length but the ball of foot portion has a small spot. The ball portion started sliding after minor walking.

    Beat addition to my shoes

    I love these, I’m planning to stick up so I have some for every pair of my shoes. They make my shoes so much more comfortable. I feel like size 9.5 is too small but size 10s can sometimes be too loose. The heel insert helps my shoes stay put. They don’t fall off and they make my heel super comfy.

    Easy solution

    I was given this product in exchange for my honest review - all opinions are my own. This is great! If your shoes are a little too tight, just slip in the heel pad. Shoes sliding on you? The toe pad. Easy to attach and easy to remove!

    Partly good

    The heels pads are great. The adhesive goes all the way across and its flexible enough to move with the shoe. The ball pads are a bit disappointing. There is only a small amount of adhesive so they move and the padding isn't thick enough to really do what it's supposed to do.

    Soft and easy to use

    I havent had a chance to wear them in my shoes yet...but the inserts feel soft and are easy to place in my shoes. I also like that there's inserts for the back of the heels as well as the balls of the feet to keep my feet from sliding and rubbing against the shoe. I cant wait to wear them later today.

    Helps a bit

    These are good to have if your shoes are uncomfortable. I have always used heel liners to make my shoes fit better. These are very thin but they will protect your heel from rubbing against the back of your shoe. That's been a problem for me, occasionally and these will help without altering the fit of the shoe too much. The ball of foot cushions are also very thin, so they don't provide as much support as I'd need.

    Terrific shoe cushions

    I really love these foot and heel cushions. They are great for when you need a little adjustment to shoes you like. The heel cushion works to prevent my shoes from slipping when I walk. The foot cushion helps my feet not feel tired after a busy day at work.

    Keeps feet comfy

    These shoe pads have worked great for me and my feet that hate wearing heals! The heal pad provides just enough padding and grip to keep my shoes in place without making them too tight. They have enough of a texture that they don't slip off the back of my foot when wearing tights. The peel and stick adhesive has stayed put too.
