The drink is refreshing and it gives you proteins that your body needs. No carbs and no sugars perfect fire those on low calories and no sugar diets. I really enjoy it. This flavor is delicious. I enjoy it on the days that I fast, while walking, on the go or when I need extra protein.

One family member said it didn’t have enough flavor so I added a bit more powder but then another family said a little butter. No one really wanted to finish it but with 20 grams of protein they think it would them full if they got used ice water or ice in a blender.

    Easy Protein Drink

It isn’t thick at all and mixed right into water without any issues. I liked the taste, it was a bit tart, but really good.

Literally tastes like watermelon or fruit candy, I loveeeee that it’s clear because it makes me feel like I’m just drinking flavored water and there isn’t like a chunky or griddy texture to it. I have PMOS and needed to up my protein and this is the perfect way to increase my daily protein intake and stay away from any added carbs or sugars that affect my insulin resistance. I’m obsessed!

I struggle to get correct amount of protein in and I hate a nasty aftertaste, this was delicious..with notes of oranges and pineapple to me not only was it filling when I needed something on the go, but it was refreshing and extremely easy to make. This would be nice to have on a hot day, especially when trying to hit your protein goals. The taste was good, but still had a little bit of that protein taste. I will say, it isn’t as ‘heavy’ as other proteins. I feel like it mixed just okay. After letting it sit for a while it was a little better. The nutrition on it is good, only 90 calories a serving. Overall, this is a good way to get more protein in that isn’t your typical protein shake, but not an everyday drink for me.

    Better in a smoothie than on its own

So i decided to test it making a smoothie in a blender. That worked much better and i added strawberries and blueberries. If you like sour taste you will probably like this.

I love that it has 20g of protein per scoop and doesn’t contain any dyes. One tip, definitely wait the recommended minute after mixing it to let the foam settle down, because it makes the drink much better. It’s a great alternative to heavier protein shakes and perfect for me as a busy mom who needs a quick protein boost. It made me feel great!
