Buy the Knife and Perfect Veggies
Your knives are always the best and I have been purchasing them for my chef husband for many years. This one is one we have been missing and honestly it was long overdue. He has adored using it since receiving it and has gone so far to attest it makes cutting veggies fun!

Disappointed in the feel and edge.
The tang edges are squarely ground and protrude slightly past the handle material. This is not a comfortable knife to handle. The grind of the blade is uneven from end to end and side to side. It is by most standards not sharp. The steel is a mystery. High carbon stainless means nothing to me. With a few hours on a stone and strop its edge could be corrected. A careful and good sanding of the tang and handle would correct the uncomfortable feel. For the price it is an ok knife. But one can do better with other knives of equal cost.

I’ve only had it for a few days, but I can tell this knife is made with quality steel and the edge will hold, the curvature on the knife’s edge makes it a perfect knife for just about any cooking related tasks. Backed with a good company that has many benefits. Can’t go wrong here!
