Description

ZWILLING Pro is the most user-friendly knife available to market. The unique blade shape and ergonomic bolster are the result of years of experience in knife making, and the rigorous study of how knives are used. A unique curved bolster supports the professional pinch grip, with thumb and index finger on the blade, for safe cutting and less fatigue. The Chef's Knife blade was redesigned with a broader curve in the front to facilitate the rocking motion of Western cutting, while the straight back is ideal for the Asian chopping motion. The full length of the blade can be used when cutting and can be sharpened from bolster to tip. Designed in Italy by Matteo Thun and made in Germany by ZWILLING J.A.     Next Level Blades

    My first Zwilling Knives were from the twin signature series and it was the perfect way to get into the Zwilling cutlery cult. These pro series are next level from a performance pov, the weighted blades and rivet bridge to blade makes all the difference. sad part is they are so sharp i have cut myself a few times.

    I love these knives. They feel great in hand, the weight is fantastic. They’re insanely sharp and the blade feels like it’s cutting through nothing. It’s a huge upgrade from the calphalon knives I had before

    Lifetime Purchase

Spending more time at home cooking during the pandemic, My husband and I just bought this set for each other for our anniversary. Knives for an anniversary you ask? Let me just say, Happy knives make for happy lives. I don't think I even knew how happy a good knife would make me. I've been working way to hard at slicing, chopping and cutting. These knives were recommended by a friend. They are sharp, they handle well, and very attractive. I love the magnetic bar instead of the block.

    I love Zwilling Pro knives. The forged German steel blades are very sharp and easy to maintain. The curved bolster makes it so comfortable to hold my knives properly giving me straighter cuts. This is a complete set with everything covered from prep to slicing. I love how the magnet keeps my counter clear of clutter from a block. The magnet bar is easy to install and very strong. I am very confident and comfortable in how it holds my knives.

    great set with out of the way storage

    I didn't want a large block sitting on my counter. This set is great. The Zwilling Pro knives are very sharp. The curved bolster makes it comfortable to hold the knife properly and increases my accuracy. The German made forged steel blades stay sharp for a very long time and are easy to maintain. This set takes care of all my cutting needs from shaping and prep all the way up to slicing. The magnet bar is easy to install securely and is very strong.

    The Pro line are wonderful knives! Zwilling thought of everything when it comes to this line. The weight and size of each handle fit the blade size perfectly keeping each knife balanced. They have a curved bolster that makes the knife feel like it’s part of my hand. The sharpness is fantastic! I like that this set has the magnet bar instead of a block giving more counter room.

    These knives will outlast me

    Each knife is as sharp as you'd expect from a high end product making quick work of all your chopping needs around the kitchen. I know from owning other Zwilling knives in the Pro series that that the knives maintain that edge considerably longer than any others I have used. The powerfully magnetic bar is of equal quality and quite heavy. I used 3M automotive foam tape to hold it and the weight of the knives on my kitchen backsplash without having to drill holes into my tile.
