Description
TWIN Signature knives are precision stamped from a single piece of German steel, resulting in lighter weight knives that do not compromise sharpness. The chef knife is made of proprietary special formula steel that has been perfected for over 280 years. Combined with ZWILLING's signature ice-hardening technique, these FRIODUR blades on this stainless-steel knife are harder, sharper, they will not stain or chip and they retain their sharpness longer. To ensure an ideal cutting angle, the laser-controlled edge is incredibly sharp and is honed and hand-finished by the most skilled artisans. The three-rivet handle on this German chef knife is embedded with the ZWILLING logo which provides optimum durability.

Most useful Zwilling Knife
This is the Best Zwilling Knife I bought. The chef knife is what I use most for meat cut, specially. The sharpness and weight of the blade is very well designed.

I like to pick up a knife and not worry about it being dull or being too short which would take my time and mess me up with what I'm trying to prepare in the kitchen. Once I finally purchased this perfect 8 inch Chef Knive, not only didi it save me so mich time but I statyed cooking more often just so I could use it :) I highly recommend, every kitchen should have a chef knife you can count on!

Exceptional Knife
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is everything I hoped it would be. It is extremely sharp and well-balanced. It stays sharp through multiple uses and washing. (Although it is dishwasher safe, I only hand wash.) It fits my hand quite comfortably. It cleans very well. All of my Zwilling knives have lasted for years. It is definitely a great investment.

Well engineer knife
I have a whole set of these knives and love them. I had to replace one because we’ll it got lost. Not sure how…. Super sharp (watch your fingers), easy to sharpen if needed, and very durable. I’m an Italian who loves to cook so I’ve tend to wear down knives but these have held up to the task.
