Q: The pump will not pop up and is stuck in the locked position. Has anyone else had this problem? Any way to fix it?

A: I had this problem. Unscrew and remove the pump from the product bottle. Rinse it off and dry it. Then you have to hold down firmly on the top of the white plastic portion just below the black part that screws on and then turn the top counter clockwise until it pops open. It can be hard to get a grip on the white part so you can use a towel or even pliers but the trick that worked for me is holding the white part with a gripper like the kind you use to open a jar. I have also heard of using kitchen rubber gloves to hold that portion.

The worst
Probably the worst shampoo/conditioner product I’ve ever used. Shampoo doesn’t sud up, conditioner doesn’t smooth. I lost so much hair due to these issues. I gave it a good two month trial. Absolutely hated it.

Isuppose if i was hoping for cheap, lack luster hair that was more flat then when i started. I would have been jumping through hoops. Nothing like the hairspray
