Premium Ultra Strong Toilet Paper - up&up™

This is a good dupe for the OG charmin toilet paper. We stopped buying Charmin and kept coming back to this one ever since we discovered it! It has been a few years now. Quality is good, and it is cheaper than Charmin.

Not the same as i remembered. It’s thin and bumpy looking. It separates easy now. It’s sad that these companies change things for cheaper.

Soft but leaves behind lint

This used to be the staples at my home. But I noticed my recent purchase in October that the rolls are significantly smaller than before, but the price keeps going up!!

This used to be the only TP we used but the quality is awful now. The rolls are smaller and scratchier. I wish Target would go back to the old manufacturer. Now I have had to find a new TP.

I as others this was my go to toilet paper comparable to charmin. The quality is so so bad now it is not soft as it used to be . Now need more and not soft at all. I really wish Target would go back to their original product and listen to the customer. Extremely disappointed as it is a neccesity we all need.

Agree with all the others who are saying the quality has deeply declined. This was the only toilet paper my family used. Recently it hasn’t been the same. At first I thought I accidentally purchased the wrong product but that wasn’t the case. This toilet paper used to be much more like the higher priced brands. Now it’s gotten a lot rougher and a lot thinner. We are using twice as much as we used to. It’s now more comparable to the cheaper toilet paper. We will be switching to another brand unfortunately, the price savings getting this one isn’t worth it anymore

Sharp decline in quality in all aspects of product. Used to be great.

Targets up and up paper towels are the best value for the quality of the product. Weather being used for a spill or as a plate :-)

This use to be a five star product. I would come to Target just for this. It is sub standard now. My husband who complains about nothing, asked me to change TP. I won’t buy it again. Bet sad about the decline in quality.

Guess Target decided to make cost cutting changes to their toilet paper. It used to be very comparable to name brand strong 2-plys. The recent change has made this toilet tissue rough. I am giving it 2 stars because the size is relatively the same. I used to recommend this product to friends and family. With the recent changes, I will no longer do so.

This used to be our go-to toilet paper. It was the perfect dupe for charmin, but now there’s no comparison. Unfortunately this one has taken a major turn downward. It’s too thin, the 2 layers separate often, the rolls are puny& it’s not even soft. Super disappointing. Just use a coupon and get the “real deal”.

Terrible new formulation!! What happened? This used to be my go-to! Now it’s extremely thin, scratchy and quality is terrible. It must have changed recently and not for the better. The two ply feels like one, and they don’t stick together, making it basically useless. Fail

The quality of this toilet paper has changed. It is a different texture and feels thinner. No longer an automatic buy.

Well that’s disappointing..

Fine quality of paper however there is literally nothing on the roll. We have been going through the rolls 2-3x quicker than any other brand I have ever purchased.

so far I like the quality 3rd time purchasing
