The mattress pad itself is a good quality. The problem is the bed skirt around it. There is no elasticity there. The four corners may keep it put on the bed but the sides would have to be tucked in all around like a flat bed sheet. Actually I have never seen a mattress pad that has to be tucked in like this.

Thank you for trying the mattress pad out. We designed the skirt to be extra tall to allow for deep plush beds. This might require occasional tucking in to keep it neat, depending on your mattress size. We're glad to hear you were able to return it and find one better suited to your needs.
