You can store (archive) them there to save space on your internal SSD, but you must move them back to the internal storage or an official Expansion Card to actually play them. Backward Compatible Games (Xbox One, 360, Original): You can store and play these directly from the SanDisk drive. Works great but the storage listed is a lie. It's marked as 256gb but it's only 240 gb when you actually open it up and plug it in

The USB Drive

It works very well. 150 MB/s read (usually) and 40/70 MB/s write. Only problem is that is gets quite hot while running. Overall, 5 stars.

Hardware is aces

The hardware was great, although I didn't know I needed an OTG thing to connect it to my phone. The Sandisk app that goes with it did almost everything, except notice I had an add on memory card that needed to be included in the backup.

Doesn't stay connected....

Not a snug fit with phone in protective covering. In fact, it doesn't stay connected at all. USB - C connector needs to be longer.

The software part works well, mechanically no!

I love the software function of this device, however the mechanical slide does not lock into place. When I try to plug in either end, it slides back into the housing. I have to hold my thumb on the tab to get it plugged in properly. Very cheap design if you ask me. However, I love the app and it does an excellent job of copying and/or transferring files. I like the auto open app feature when it's plugged in.

Works well with my windows laptop & chromebook. Used it with my android phone, but I don't see what I transferred even though the transfer successful
