The flavor is excellent!! For once, an instant soup that is full of flavor and not spicy! This is my new go-to and will keep several on hand, especially when I'm not feeling well and need something easy and good for a sore throat. Waaaaay better price than ordering Pho through Door Dash for $30.

This is so easy on the go. I add thinly sliced steak. I freeze ahead of time and ready for when I need. I also add thinly sliced onion and any fresh herbs. I also use sriracha and hoisin.

It isn’t bad but it is poor flavor for the high price. I will say the noodles are really good and don’t get soggy. I added less water than it said and this tastes so diluted. It doesn’t have a strong pho smell either. I added hoisen and lime to help and it did little. Thin raw onion helped a little. But I will not be purchasing again.

Decent but really sweet
This was a last minute substitution. It wasn’t horrible and worked as a quick fix. The flavor was decent. However, when I went to add hoisin sauce for some sweetness, I took a quick taste and realized it was pretty sweet without adding anything. One serving has 24g of sugar. Which is not nearly the amount of sweetness I would normally add. For that reason, I wouldn’t purchase it again, but it worked for the moment.
