Four Years Later, It rusted through
Loved this caddy, did a godo job. Used it for four years until a giant hole appeared in the bottom due to rust. Racks are hard to clean. I would go for a cheaper option, but its not a bad choice.

Item should have been brushed nickel. (Grayish silver) Ordered 2 of them online since the stores don’t have them and they sent bronze. What a waste of time. If I order again they may send the same thing so I guess I will find them elsewhere

Rusty Mess
This does the job it’s meant to do but for a product that’s meant to be in your shower it rusts terribly. Even in a spot where it’s not being directly hit with water it rusts so badly

Directions are rocket science
My first Zenna pole got taken apart in a bathroom remodel so I ordered this one to see the directions and see if I could trouble shoot. I'm a teacher and very patient but the directions seem like you need to be an engineer to put it all together. if you don't need the pole size the directions call for they basically tell you figure it out as the directions go along. it doesn't seem as sturdy as my previous one either.

Got it and assembled by myself in 20 mins. It is as described. Love the brushed color and the # of shelves. My lil complain is that the A & B instructions aren't very clear plus they do not secure or tighten into each other well. I'm so glad I can remove the items from my window ledge. Hopefully it stands the test of time

Terrible product, be warned.
This might be the single worst product I've purchased in years. I dont know what's worse, the bad manufacturing, bad diagrams, or terrible manual to put it together. This product is so bad the directions literally say to cut a metal pipe if it's too large. As if the average person can fix that. Every piece of this product is bad. Do not buy this product.
