It's not a 4pack, it's 1 bottle
The picture states that this is a 4 pack of 20.3 fl oz bottles of lotion, but I only received one 20.3 fl oz bottle. I never would have bought it if I knew it was just one bottle.

Smart pump, not so smart
Listen, love the lotions, always have… However, it is the fact that there is about an inch of lotion left in the bottle, and I cannot access said product without cutting the bottle open. I shouldn’t have to injure my hands from trying to grip and twist the bottle open, which in the end doesn’t work and just leaves me frustrated. Please for the convenience of your loyal customers, redesign the impossible smart pump, or at least the part that screws onto the bottles. Not everyone has the luxury of tossing away a copious amount of product that is clearly left well after the pump stops releasing lotion.

Smells like real lavender, feels good on skin
New favorite lotion! Smells like real lavender oil which is hard to find, I find most “lavender” scented products have a weird chemical smell or just don’t smell like real lavender but something else entirely. Also like the feel of this lotion on my skin — it feels like it actually absorbs into the skin and hydrates without a greasy feeling, instead of leaving a weird feeling layer on top of skin that doesn’t absorb like some other products (cough Alaffia’s lavender lotion cough)

Nice but strong smell
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had really high hope for this lotion but I do not love it. It works great and does well for really cracked hands but I can not stand the smell. I was hoping for a strong lavender scent but I can not stand the smell. My husband has taken the lotion to work to use during the day which has worked well for us, I no longer have to worry about the smell and he has a repairing lotion to use at work.

It heals and repairs dry skin on your body. This has a smart pump on it in which you can unlock and lock in a "up" position with out any mess. Just what I needed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lotion was better than I expected. I frequently have dry hands as I work in a bakery and am constantly washing them during my shift. I started using this every night before bed, as it does have a gentle lavender scent (great for bedtime). Did up the use periodically, but always used at least 1 time daily. I noticed improvement in my hands after about 2 weeks and have continued to use it for about 4 weeks now. Not oily or greasy feeling and has made my hands softer (my fingers still need some love, but it's cold here, so my hands are always dry in the winter). I'm impressed and will continue to use! Photo 1 is the before, photo 2 is 4 weeks later.

Not my favorite lavender scent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The overall size of the bottle is spot on for the value. The pump confused me at first because it looks the same on both sides so you have to be sure to look for the whole if the top gets twisted. The lotion itself goes on with kind of a cool and wet feeling which took a while to get to a normal state. The overall lavender scent was a little off putting. Not the calming subtle scent I was looking for. I love Vaseline products, but this one was not my favorite.
