It's an excellent source of calcium, and has also been fortified with vitamins A and D. The pouches of dried milk can be used a variety of ways, from adding to your coffee or hot cocoa in place of liquid milk, to using in cream sauces or baked goods. You can also bring the dried milk back to a liquid form by mixing 1 pouch into about 3 3/4 cup of water to create 1 quart of liquid milk.
