Q: Do these stain easily? Specifically if milk is spilled on them will it stain similar to real leather ? Or is it more “plastic like” where it wipes off I have 3 small children so am looking for something that looks nice, but is stain resistant

  • A: You'll see in the "Details" panel of the product page that the leatherette is a polyurethane -- that is, a plastic faux leather or "pleather". This means that leather care products will probably have no effect on them, and cleaning them is usually no more complicated than wiping or blotting with a damp cloth. You can also mix in a little soap with your damp rag as needed. There are also some pleather-specific spray cleaners out there that may help, but we always recommend going with simpler means first.

Disappointed with the Quality / Stiching Issues

Disappointed with the Quality I expected much better for the price. The stitching on these bar stools is poorly done and started coming apart not long after purchase. Very disappointed with the durability and overall craftsmanship. DO NOT BUY!!

Nice stools!

These stools are very nice especially for the price. My only critique, which has been previously mentioned, is that footrest is just oddly high. I should have believed it when I read it, my bad. Otherwise the stools are beautiful and seem well made and sturdy. Color is exactly as pictured and everything else is very nice!

Great Item, Keep Footrest height in mind

Great quality and loved the look. Easy to assemble as well. One callout is that the footrest is high for a 24" seat, so if you have an island where you need to keep knee clearance in mind, it may not work (it did not for us), so we had to return.
