Pancakes stick like glue
Great on usage one. Food started sticking half way through use two. Use three, pancakes stuck like glue. Never used above medium heat.

Nonstick doesn't last
We've had two of these pans for about 2 years. While they originally were fantastic, they are no longer nonstick. We have taken care not to overheat or damage these pans, but they still failed over time. For the price, we are disappointed.

Replaced my aging Teflon but even better nonstick
I had reservations replacing my 5-ply Teflon pan that I used daily for breakfast and often for other meals. This pan is just as heavy for even heating but everything slides out of the ceramic coating even better than the Teflon.

NOT Non Stick
Not sure if I received a defected product, but it’s not non stick at all, food sticks to the bottom all the time unless I use excessive amount of oil and very difficult to wash off.

Good things come in small packages
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using this fry pan to cook my favorite dishes. Eggs, bacon, mushrooms, salmon are all cooked wonderfully, and slide out of the pan like butter. Since it is compact, it is easy to clean, and its sturdiness means even with plenty of tossing, and turning, the pan stays in place all the time. Fabulous!

Does the job and reasonable value!
Had this nearly two years and it has been used everyday for breakfast. Needs to be replaced now as nonstick quality is gone. Only minor complaint is it looses balance after about a year with handle heavier than pan. Never been in a dishwasher or at heat higher than medium! Still probably will buy it again!

LOVE this pan
This is my everyday go-to pan and inspired me to replace my existing cookware set with items from the Clad CFX line. The non-stick works beautifully for cooking scrambled eggs daily, is weighted but not heavy, and aesthetically professional looking. My one piece of advice is to use silicone or a wooden utensils only, as we have experienced accidental minor scratching on the non-stick coating in daily use. Also these pans clean up so easily, which makes hand washing (to preserve the lifespan) a breeze!

Everything sticks!!!
I listened to all the reviews so I purchased what I thought would be an exceptional tool in my kitchen. It turned out to be one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made. As an avid cook who definitely knows her way around the kitchen, this is a definite pass. Everything sticks! - with butter, sans butter, will oil, sans oil. The only thing I liked about the pan is the look. Do not recommend!

Second frying pan

However, I had to replace my small frying pan after a guest used it without a cooking fat, and it was essentially ruined. If not for the necessity to use extra care to protect the product, I have loved the ease of cooking with this frying pan.
