Q: can this be used/installed in rear-facing mode using only car seatbelt in a car without isofix? I tried another car seat and it was only possible to use in forward-facing mode.

Q: We use turned the car seat around to forward facing. We are having a hard time pulling the strap to tighten the harness when our child gets buckled in. Are we doing something wrong?

A: We have the same issue! It feels like we are going to break our wrists just to tighten the strap to fit our toddler. We will have to get a different carseat because there is no way the grandparents can tighten the straps enough.

Purchased car seat last night. Installed this morning. Noticed the latch that hooks between the seat is the old school. Impossible to unhook to remove from car. Once I figure out how to unhook it, I will be returning the car seat.

The design is horrible. We have tried everything and no matter what her chin is against her chest. On top of that it’s soo difficult to tighten her straps to fit correctly. Do yourself a favor and keep looking, this car seat is not it!

The design of the seat causes baby to positioned horribly. Chin ends up on chest. There’s no amount of recline options to fix this as it’s the actual seat design. The material is nice but not worth the safety issues

Headrest is so loud!

The headrest rattles so loud! I called Graco and they say that the rattling is completely normal and a known issue. They say to just lower it when baby is not in it so it wont be as loud... They says there is nothing I or they can do to reduce shaking or rattling noise.
