    Try paint - not sharpie markers!

    It's cute. My son decorated it with sharpie marker and then my husband sealed it. I don't like how the sharpie wrote on it, personally .... it looked blotchy. I wish we would have tried something else (paint, probably). But overall, my son is happy so ..... good enough!

    Such a fun art project for kids!

    I've bought several of these wood jewelry boxes and we always love them! I bought a bunch for my daughter and her friends to decorate for a birthday party activity. The girls all loved getting to paint and decorate them just the way they wanted. It would be really cool if there was a small tray inside rather than just a large box, that would help keep jewelry from getting tangled. All in all, we love these! So much fun for kids and a great price!!

    Missing hinge and Other is crooked.

    Ordered curbside which makes this even more frustrating. Given the price, I thought the small wood boxes would be at least decent quality. Th3 wood does not sit level. Gaps between top and bottom piece and warped wood! The hinges and whatchamacalit on front of box are crooked- because the holes drilled are crooked on both. Get ready to buy the hinges, etc. These are absolute trash. Maybe the person who shopped my order could've been decent enough to NOT pick 2 that were broken and missing hinges. NOT COOL.

    Took A While To Get The Hang Of It So I'll Save You Headaches And Pain. Sand The Box Down Before You Paint Anything. 220 Fine Sand Paper Is Great. Make Sure All Wood Is Smooth And All Edges are Smooth. Subtle Details Like That Is What Seperates Your Project From Looking Lile Quality Work To Gift Or Sell and It Instead Looking Like A 3rd Grade Project
