Very disappointing
Item was shipped to me in its original box. The box was beaten up and upon opening, there was a piece broken off. Placed back in box and took to the UPS store to return. The return was denied over a week later. Will not be buying from an outside supplier for Target again.

Poorly constructed
Broken upon arrival, cheap plastic piece in the back was broken off. In addition the hinges were very loose with no way to tighten. This caused the top to slide back and forth sideways which would be a mess if there was waffle batter on it. For $40 I expected a way more solid and sturdy appliance.

This item did not come as pictured. It was a cheaper version that did not have an audio tone when the waffle is done.
