Warps badly on first use
Purchased last week and used once and it warped badly on the bottom. The middle part popped out so now the pan spins like a top. Even the two long edges warped inwards a little. So disappointed!

What An Amazing Roasting Pan!
This roasting pan was a Christmas gift from our son. I made my first chuck roast and veggies in it a week later and was over the moon with this pan. The roast was perfect, the veggies had room to spread out, and the cleanup....the cleanup was extraordinary. Truly, after roasting a piece of meat which always leaves burnt on brown residue along the sides of the pan, I simply "wiped them out" with a dishcloth! I soaked the pan for about 5 minutes in hot sudsy water, then just wiped away all residue, leaving the pan looking shiny and new again. I love it! Best ever!

Pretty good pan but don't heat it too high
I used the pan to roast my small turkey which fit perfectly; the pan is safe to 500 degrees according to one Q&A - for my recipe I heated it to 500 on top of baking stones before putting in the turkey, then turned the heat down for the remainder of the roasting. The turkey came out great but the pan bottom is warped permanently. I suppose it will work just fine for whatever I need, but this is still disappointing. If that hadn’t happened it would be an easy 5 stars for value. I love that it has a curled rim for pouring pan juices out, and that the handles are angled outward so you can put things in a hot pan without fear of accidentally touching a hot handle.

Awesome value, the roasting rack made my roast chicken brown and crispy all around and this will be a great all around pan for cooking all sorts of things. I love that it’s not huge like other roasting pans but fits a pretty large chicken or pork shoulder, etc.

Finally, a forever pan.
Nice, shiny heavy stainless steel. What's not to like? Perfect size for a lasagna or a baked ham. The rack is made of heavy stainless as well and would support a large goose, although the pan is not quite big enough for that. I got tired of nonstick coatings coming off into my food. Who wants that?! I have complete confidence that this pan will outlast me.
