Wash instructions: Shake or vacuum out excess hair and debris. For best results, wash in a front loading washing machine or by hand. Do not wash in washer with agitator. No bleach. Do not wring. To help speed drying, press out excess water with a dry towel before placing in a dryer on medium-low. Dry completely before use.

Q: What is the height of the hood part when lifted up, hope that makes sense. Would the medium fit a 40lb dog?

  • A: Hello and thank you for your question! The height of Medium (26") is ~12" and the Large (35") is ~14. With your dog weighing 40lbs, we would recommend the Large as to ensure the foam base provides proper support.

The blanket makes a nice cover

I have two dogs and they both like the bed - one more so than the other though. It took 2 months for one of my dogs to finally figure out how to cover herself with the blanket. Up until that point, my wife and I would pull the blanket over top of them. I gave this bed only 4 stars because the base of the bed if far too flat and provides very little support. We own multiple FurHaven beds and this bed's base is by far the least supportive.

Not durable for bigger dogs

I LOVE this bed. It’s extremely soft, comfortable and the little half blanket is so smart. I’m so sad because it’s not durable and my dog has poked two huge holes in it. I have to return it. I think a smaller dog would be just fine with this bed though.

Too Expensive, Too Thin

I expected the bed to be thicker and comfier for the price but it’s actually a really thin dog bed. The hood is also too short, I expected it to cover the whole size of the top of the bed but it only covers half of the bed so my dog isn’t fully covered by the hood. I’m really disappointed in it. It just felt like important details were overlooked for the price of the bed.

Adorable

Love love love it’s cute and it fits Oreo so well she really really loves it. The price was ok it’s so adorable, pink in color with little half cover and feels wonderful.

My dog LOVES this bed..got

My dog LOVES this bed..got the large for the little guy cause he loves to be engulfed in blankets and cushion. Half the time he doesn't even come up to bed with us. I only wish the blanket part was a little bit longer, as it only covers about halfway of the bed and he could use a little more to work with.

I have a rescue pup

I have a rescue pup from Puerto Rico and as the weather changed and the winds started I noticed she would hide under her other bed and when I saw this I figured it was perfect ... it took her a bit to figure out the blanket hood but once she did it was heaven for her! Such a great concept to sooth and help my girl feel secure, safe and warm - donâ€:tm:t hesitate but it! Great quality!!!
