    Good quality and service.

    I replace the filters in the fountain on a regular basis. Doing this and a basic cleaning, provide for great performance and continued clean water for our cats. Great product.

    Reliable Quality Filter

    I have purchased others from different sites, but these are the most reliable. They cost a little more than the off brand, but I find that these work better.

    Use this to extend the life of your Pet Fountain

    I purchased this item for my Drinkwell plastic pet water fountain. I heard from others that the fountain didn't last very long. Once I replaced this, the fountain is now working as it did when brand new.

    Faulty charcoal filters?

    Foam filters were normal but charcoal filters were covered w/charcoal. Rinsed them off but pets still will not drink normally out of fountain.

We always recommend that you rinse the charcoal filter thoroughly under cool water before placing it into the housing of your pet’s fountain.     Love my fountain.

    Trying carbon filters for the first time.

    This is the first time I tried these. I just used the pre-filters (foam) before. They get brown instead of the pre-filter now and then the pre-filter lasts longer. I am not sure if my cats like the taste, though. They could be drinking less, now. I guess I will see if they drink more without the carbon filter next time.

    Drinkwell 350 Fountain carbon filters.

    I want to do everything I can to keep the water healthy for my cat, Gus. These carbon filters help me do that because I don't have to do anything but rinse one before putting it back in the Drinkwell 360 Fountain (after washing all the parts).

    Filters I need

    These are the filters I need for the Drinkwell 360. Very hard to find in this time of shortages. Happy I could get them here. Only negative is they are much more expensive than the brand I usually use.

    Necessary for the fountain

    I have a standing order for this pkg. of 3 filters for the multiple cat fountain that I own. I change them regularly and am happy to have them for clean water for the cats.
