Description

Luna is a next-generation retinol oil that boosts the look of skin plumpness, while visibly improving the appearance of wrinkles, redness, and pores. Blue Tansy and German Chamomile essential oils, both rich in soothing, Blue Azulene, visibly reduce the appearance of redness for a calm, even-toned complexion. Avocado Seed Oil is rich in anti-aging vitamins A, B, C, D, and E and plumps the skin to smooth the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Chia Seed Oil is the richest botanical source of Omega 3 and a powerful source of ALA, which helps minimize the appearance of lines.

This Sunday Riley product is vegetarian, cruelty-free, and formulated without artificial fragrances, sulfates, parabens, gluten, soy, and phthalates.

How To Use
Apply at night, to clean, dry skin. Luna goes from blue to clear when massaged into the skin. Not for use during pregnancy.
Precautions: We do not recommend using retinoids while pregnant. Please consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. We always recommend using sunscreen during the day, if using retinoids in the evening.

    Heavy

    I am 50 years old, have oilier skin with minimal aging. I prefer the PTR retinol oil. This is too heavy and just sits on top of the skin. I do like the A+ a lot and will continue to use that.

    I dont even know what this does for me, but I'm personally obsessed with the scent and I love using it. It doesn't irritate my eczema/rosacea prone skin, and has never caused a breakout. I use the good genes on top of it at night and mg skin feels amazing in the morning. Sunday Riley is elite.

    I would buy this product again and again

    I love Luna sleeping oil because it literally calms me after a hard day. It's like healing on a Sunday. The retinol is gentle but high quality. My skin loves the hydration, glow and softness. When I wak up in the morning I feel like a healing process has taken place. My skin is soft and glowy. It helps my skin after long stressful days.

    My miracle oil

    I remember trying a sample of this years ago and being stunned by the improvement of my skin. It only took a few days to see a difference. I use it regularly now for my oily and acne-prone skin and it is perfect for me. Some may avoid oily products with oily skin, however, this helps reduce natural oils by providing effective moisture so your skin doesnt have to overcompensate and produce more oil. I can be very sensitive to products and yet this takes my skin in a better direction than anything else I've tried. It smells very earthy and can be an unfamiliar and uncomfortable smell, but I prefer my products smell like the actual ingredients versus an irritating fragrance. I would recommend this to anyone dealing with acne, oil, and redness!

    awful smell

    i like this oil and what it does for my skin, but i can't get past the smell so i won't re-buy it. i dread using it because of the smell so i only use it once a week.

    Amazing product but not worth the price

    I first received this as a sample from gifts with purchase, which convinced me to buy. Amazing product for combo skin and as an intro to retinoids, but the price is unjustified because I achieved the same effect by combining other retinoid products with a soothing face oil. Also the website says you only need 3-4 drops but that does not spread enough to cover the entire face. I wouldnt want to use this for targetting problem areas because it is very effective, which could lead to inconsistent texture.

    Really good for brighter skin

    I'm a fan of Sunday Riley products since trying the sleep oil. It goes on smooth and my dry skin responds immediately. I've now added Good Genes Lactic Acid treatment over the top before going to bed. This time I bought the big bottle, my face is happy.

    Super Hydrating!

    Super hydrating and moisturizing! Gives glowy skin - not sticky. I put it on and wait a minute then put on face lotion. I will continue to use this facial oil!

    Highly disappointed

    I received a sample from Ulta in December, and it was one of the few products I decided to try - I fell in love with it!!! I loved it so much I purchased the small bottle and received a week ago. This oil is not the same as the sample - the color is different, it feels heavier, and it leaves my skin tingling! The product is for sure different and I would not recommend buying. If I were to rate the sample, it would be 5 stars because it truly soothed my skin. This new bottle does not.

    This is a Great Night Oil

    This retinol (gentle), adds a dimension of calm to my bedtime beauty routine. I highly recommend Sunday Riley, all products, but this one is particularly soothing and effective. I use it with the ICE ceramide cream. Lastly the autocorrect eye cream. Wake up to way better, refreshed skin!!

    I'd buy it again, and again, and again.

    OBSESSED. I'm not entirely sure what results I'm getting (50 year old skin), but this product makes my skin feel amazing and I appreciate the ease of application. My skin feels amazing when I wake up, not greasy...just moisturized. I'll never go back to my traditional moisturizer. This is an item that I stock up on when it's on sale

    Great retinol oil but why …add color dyes?

    I love this oil and wish it did not have color dyes in it. The color adds nothing but more chemicals to your face.

    Very impressed

    This is the first review I've ever written because usually the products I purchase do an okay job, but this night face oil truly impressed me. I bought it out of curiosity, not expecting much. Before using it, I had blemishes on the bridge of my nose, likely from sun exposure, and a recent scar on my lip. Just three days after using this oil, I noticed both the blemishes and scar visibly improving and fading. I'm really happy with the results!

    Not worth the hype

    I have tried other SR products that I love, this is not the one. Leaves a heavy oily feel on my face and has a blue tint - it needs to be rubbed in well or you can see it. Its supposed to have a redness calming effect, but doesnt do that for me. I wouldnt get this again.

    Skincare Staple

    I have tried SO many retinols- creams, serums, oils. ones for sensitive skin, ones listed as 'daily use' if it's sold here or the other place I no longer shop at, I have probably tried it. THIS is the one I keep coming back to. I loathe the smell. when I first started using it again after a bit without it, I immediately cringed at the Blue Tansy. it's a personal thing. pros > smell (only con) it makes my skin feel smooth, my pores shrink, my skin glows, the fine lines in my forehead tighten. I can use it daily and it never dries my face. I wish it were more affordable, but I wish that about most things these days lol.
