    Terrible

    I wish I could give zero stars. The washer did not work when we received it. I submitted a return request, but Target’s system didn’t offer a pickup option. I reached out to Target’s customer service to ask if I could request a pickup, since my 72-year-old aunt (who received the item) lives in a second-floor apartment and physically cannot carry a washer downstairs. I spoke with a representative named Geoff, and the experience was extremely disappointing. When I tried to explain why we needed a pickup, Geoff rudely cut me off and said, “Just answer what I ask—don’t say other things.” He then told me, “The washer is only 48 pounds—you can drop it off at the shipping center.” This response was completely unprofessional, dismissive, and lacked any empathy for the situation. In the end, I had no choice but to pay out of pocket for a pickup service myself. To make matters worse, as of today (June 5, 2025), the return is still in transit, even though we returned it on May 29, 2025. I don’t even know what shipping service Target uses because they haven’t provided any tracking updates or clear information. This entire process has been stressful, expensive, and completely unacceptable. Based on this experience, I strongly do not recommend buying any appliances from Target. The lack of proper support and poor handling of returns—especially for senior customers—is beyond disappointing.

    It's HUGE compared to the other cheaper ones

    Now granted this is my first day of using it, but maaaaaan this thing is so much bigger than my older portable washing machine . This thing is barely smaller than a normal washing machine . It's super easy to use and it's as tall as my kitchen counter . My pictures don't even do this thing justice . It's very quiet doesn't take long and spins the clothes out close to dry. I seriously couldn't be happier since I don't have washer dryer hook ups . This thing is hands down worth the money . I bought 2 others models that just can't compete with this monster .

    Works like a Charm

    The only thing this item can't wash is a comforter, but smaller blankets, sheets, and towels fit no problem. I love that there are multiple settings and water levels to choose from; it can be a little loud when overloaded, I've found, and the device that connects to the sink faucet can still spray, so I recommend tossing a rag over the connection part, but drains well, and everything is thoroughly clean when finished. I know many of us can't use these in apartments, but my solution was to get a cheap wardrobe to store it in for stealth. I couldn't afford the amount for our local laundry mat and was only able to wash my family's clothes once a month. I wasted countless hours at a time washing, drying, folding, and hauling laundry across my complex. Now, I get to do my laundry every Sunday and never run out of clean clothes. As I said, the only thing it can't wash so far were our comforters, but that's far, far more manageable than my previous situation. The only qualm I have is with the loudness of the buttons and the end-cycle notification beeping. It's deafening, which is excellent for those who forget their laundry in the wash, but I wish there were a way to silence or at least quiet the beeps. It's very straightforward and not too heavy. Made of plastic, but incredibly durable.

    Portable washer. I love it

    Just received it March 1st and started washing clothes the same night. It really is the best for me. First time user of a portable washer machine. Easy hookup to the kitchen sink. It spins dries the clothes so good it doesn't take hours to dry once they are hung up on the rack. I love it. The sound level is really quiet until it's finished…then you will hear the buzzer noise. Perfect size and fits a good amount of clothes in it as well,

    I love it but wish they sent me the right size they sent me the wrong size it came too small but didn't have the time to send it back because need it right away so have to wash about 3 times what I normally would wash 1 times that's the only problem I have with it so far weight is good the capacity is good value for the money is good noise level is okay and it's washability is perfect

    Works so good!

    Ive been needing a washer snd this one works amazing. Its fast, easy to use and efficient. I didnt use the hose as it took to long to fill up and it also didnt fit on my spout. 10/10 and the spin cycle worked very well it left the clothed almost dry. I will come back to update once i do my towel and jeans! Thus far ive done under garments, kitchen towels, tank tops, and shorts.

    Nictmaw portable washer u may need to buy standard fitting.

    I've had this washer for about 2 weeks now. I've already used it for about 20-30 loads and it's working great. About the fittings: you may need to buy a standard American fitting to get it into your facet. One of my photos shows the fitting they provide for the quick disconnect. The rubber washer they provide is too thick to fit the quick disconnect on a standard fitting (the peace with four screws). I used flex seal glue in place of the rubber seal on the part of the quick disconnect that attaches to the facet, the part where you see the four screws on the disconnect. ( you can still unscrew it from the faucet). If you use this method don't use to much flex seal or you may plug the hole up and let the flex seal dry for at least one day. I'm on a budget so I think it's worth the money savings to purchase a standard fitting. If this set-up for the quick disconnect doesn't work for you, I'm sure someone at a hardware store can help figure out how to make it work. The washer needs to be close to the faucet for it to reach. This works fine for me but I'm sure the hose can be spliced to make it longer if needed. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of five because I think they should provide standard American fittings with the washer and an option of longer hoses.

    Great for apartment life that doesn't include a washing machine hookup. Allows me to wash everything so I don't have to haul it to the laundromat. The spin cycle works great and clothes dry in a relatively short period of time even shorter if there is a fan available to speed things up. Honestly it washes better then the front loader I used to have and the filter on the inside drum removes most pet hair and lint during the wash cycle. Saves me a lot of time, money and hassle of hauling laundry to the laundromat. Super quiet while in operation.

    I was shocked when we first pulled this out of the box. I don't know why i was shocked. It feels sturdy, the outside is plastic, but it doesn't make it feel less sturdy, in my opinion. This washer is not quiet, but it's not super loud either. I have heard louder washers, but this definitely isn't quiet. With that said, it definitely makes up for its lack of quiet. It's tiny, but still able to hold way more than you'd think. Very efficient. My loads of laundry are done in 21 minutes. While they're half the size of a normal load, that's still pretty quick. We can wash most of a day of our family's clothes in one load. We have four kids and two adults, if that helps. This washing machine is not a dryer. It does, however, spin the clothes very well! Once they're done in the wash, i don't feel like I need to wring them out more, which is definitely a plus. Overall, i highly recommend this for anyone who needs a smaller sized washer.

    Great washer for small spaces

    I live in an apartment with no laundry connections. This washer is great and easy to use. I did purchase a cart to put it on so I can easily move it over to the sink when I have to do laundry. It does spin out the clothes about 80% which is great for a small unit like this.

    The machine it's cute, is compact, is powerful, very quiet, it's adorable. It's exactly what I needed. No issues there, although it is not fully automatic. You need to pay attention when you need to put in your fabric softer. The purchase process was a little systematic. Immediately after paying it, created a FedEx label and order was showing as shipped. I guess this way it makes more difficult in case you want to cancel anything. In my case, that number wasn't correct either. I had to call to confirm shipment. It toalete 6 days from CA to NY. They didn't have any adapters at the store, I had to improvise and I'm guessing buy one online.
