Safety is our highest priority and we have made it our duty to test all of our products thoroughly, ensuring they are safe when used as directed. However, we understand that some consumers can have personal sensitivities and so aren't able to tolerate specific ingredients or formulations. We do recommend you discontinue from using the product if you haven't already done so. Your hair being dry and frizzy may have been due to the formula no longer being hydrating enough for your hair type. This could also lead to more tangles which may have been the reason why your hair was difficult to comb with the conditioner. For a better experience, we recommend allowing your conditioner to sit for a few minutes on your hair before detangling it.
