    400mg and no inflammatory fillers!

    I LOVE the 400mg of Magnesium, I'm required to take it twice a day for my heart and I have no reactions to it. I also battle a lot of food allergies and this has no gluten or rice, where A LOT of supplements do. I would love for Swanson to create their brand in this and without the rice and gluten.

    Silicon dioxide

    Please remove the silicon dioxide from these. Other brands do not include it.

    The best value in magnesium supplements

    Magnesium citrate is one of the most easily absorbed type of magnesium, and one of the more reasonable types. Now brand products are some of the best. Take this 3 time a day since it is a water soluable nutrient that easily flushes from the body
