Lasted 7 years
Blades no longer spinning, but still oscillating. Just before it died it was making a loud high pitched chirping sound. Might have lasted longer if the grill was easier to replace after a regular cleaning. It takes two people to put it back together and being disabled, living alone, makes it difficult to do regular cleanings. Worked really well until now. Only other issue was noise level on higher settings because I\'m sensitive to noise. It\'s sturdy and it\'s multiple functions are easy to use with the remote. Would replace the broken fan with another of the same if they would redesign the grill.

Not too hard to put together
I bought this fan to reduce the need for running an A/C. The fan is a perfect size for my apartment. I can turn it on and aim it from one sice of my place to the other and get a very good stream of air. It came with a remote control so I can change the speed or the movement of the fan without getting up. Also very good for directing the heat from my computer tower away from me.

Bought this fan for my bedroom Nov 2017. Ran it with 100% uptime, it lasted pretty much exactly 4 years. Bought a second fan at that time, and it has been running continuously ever since and its still going. Works great, its pretty quiet, and it has a really heavy base so its pretty hard to knock over. Pretty much the perfect fan. Highly recommended.

Great fan but NOT 18 Inches
Love everything about the fan. the different modes, speed and timer works great! My only complaint is that it\'s advertised as 18 inches.. but I only got a 16. other than that, woulda been a 5star for me

Best Fan I\'ve ever owned!
I have had this fan a while , ND just looked to see when I bought it. SEVEN YEARS AGO!!! I\'ve had it on my screened porch for 2 summers. When it rains, I just put a garbage bag over it. This is a fabulous fan! Oscillate, has assorted modes and speeds, and it\'s very quiet. Could not be more impressed.

It's the cheapest among all the fans I've got so far but provides the most satisfying experience. It's very quiet, light weight but able to cool the entire living room quickly.

Great Purchase!
I've bought two of these fans and am very satisfied. The fan is comparatively quiet, offers several speeds, can be height-adjusted, and I love the remote! Highly recommend for both value and cost.

Great fan, but putting the plastic rim around the fan to hold it together is a nightmare every time you take it off to clean it. Takes way to long to put it on each time. Other than that it's a great fan.

Front
This is an awsome fan. What is very hard is getting the front guard on, it takes 5 hands. This is the second one I have bought. I learned the first time to use a small piece of electrical tape to aling the front with the back. This way you can use the plastic rim to put on to really hold them together.

Not very powerful
The fan looks nice, it's heavy and made well except for the cage around the fan paddles. It's made of cheap plastic and was not easy to put together. I was really hoping it would have been more powerful than it is. On it's highest setting it equates to low on a cheap box fan. Otherwise it does exactly as advertised.

Costway Fan
I got this fan several years ago, but kept it unassembled until my other fan bit the dust. There are not too many parts, but instructions are a bit sketchy, omitting a few things when trying to connect the motor to the rear grill. There are a few plastic pieces that have to be removed and the instructions didn't mention it. I was able to figure it out but it was a bit annoying that I could have assembled the fan within 10 minutes with better instructions rather than the hour it took. All that said, this fan is very quiet, almost silent, and even on the lowest speed it gives a very nice breeze! It is exactly what I wanted. Remote is a little basic but does the job. I am happy with the fan and do recommend it, but take a look at the plastic piece inside the back grill and remove it, and also a little plastic piece that goes on the shaft. Once assembled, it is a great fan.

This fan has some weight and is sturdy. The assembly went ok but the ring around the fan grill was a bit of a challenge for me. I like this fan and may buy another. The oscillating feature is great and the size is perfect for my home.

A first rate fan
Great fan! Heavy base plate with a secured pole (I hate when when lift up one of my other pedestal fans and the base falls off.) Moves air much better than my previous fans and is quiter than it should be. Very well packaged with plenty of wrap, cardboard, and foam blocks. Excellent instructions, simple assembly. And the remote control is a nice feature. Love it so much that this is the second such fan I've purchased this year. Highly recommended.
