Not to be dramatic but this is probably the best skincare product I've ever used. I'm in my late 20s and have always had oily/acne-prone skin, but a few months ago had some hormonal changes that resulted in tons of new cystic spots. I also struggle with skin picking that worsens with acne flare ups, so at the time my skin was insanely red and so irritated/scabby that all of my usual products burned. An Ulta employee recommended this when I asked for calming product suggestions, and it was a bit out of my price range but honestly thank GOD she did. My skin felt instantly soothed, hydrated, and SO much calmer. After a couple weeks of using just this with a gentle cleanser and light moisturizer, I started slowly working in my regular products, and after a couple months of continued use (1-2x/day) my skin is the best it's looked in years! My redness and hyperpigmentation has improved, oil production has decreased, and my skin generally feels more refreshed and hydrated. The earthy smell is pretty strong, which I personally love, but it goes away once it's on your skin. My only complaint is the packaging - I like to apply it with my hands rather than a cotton pad and tend to lose a few drops of product when pouring from the flip-top dispenser, so I wish it came in a spray or pump bottle. Other than that, SO worth the money and highly recommend!

Although its listed as a lotion, its a clear Watery texture, If you struggle with large pores; this is the solution for you! Ive tried MANY products and this mega mushroom relief and resilience soothing lotion is the only product that gives instant results. I felt tingling and when I looked into my magnifying mirror I literally saw dirt being pushed Out of my pores. Great on its own (or pair it with a pore vacuum on large stubborn pores for an even more flawless look) because of its clear Watery solution, its best to use a cotton ball alittle goes a very long way.

I cant imagine not having this! It is so refreshing and feels so good. Will always buy this. I look forward to using it twice a day.

First tried this as a sample and it is magic. I always keep this to keep my skin calm if it flairs up or shows irritation. This is a magical solution to irritated skin.

I was skeptical but this product is the first that I've actually seen changes to my redness with. It has a barely there feeling but leaves me feeling refreshed and hydrated. I use it morning and night before my normal moisturizer.

I love how this hydrates my skin. I use twice daily after washing with checks and balances and applying the mega mushroom dark spot brightning serum. I poured this lotion into a spray bottle and spritz over my face and let dry. In the AM I follow everything with the Ginzing spf.

I’ve been using this for about 3 months now- I really like it! I use it alongside the accompanying emulsifying lotion as well. This is almost like a toner in consistency, literal liquid. I just put a little on my hands and pat my face! I work outside for a living (walking mail carrier) and I’ve noticed that my skin is handling the elements better! Less irritation (and I am not good at sunscreen since it melts/sweats off anyway.) If you’re looking for a solution to the gap in your morning routine I’d absolutely give this a try! There is an herbal scent to this, akin to gin. So beware.

I have loved trying this product and ultimately just falling in love! This is my first step in caring for and protecting my skin during my skincare routine (after cleansing with Checks and Balances - OMG). I have had a fair amount of redness on my face for many years. This product is a watery 'lotion', but is super light and quite refreshing. Think .... spa room full of a super healthy, super welcoming natural aroma! I put some in the palm of my right hand ... press my left hand against the right ... then pat onto my face. This product alone offers hydration and reduces the appearance of the redness. It really is a game changer!

I bought this product in December 2023 when they are on sale, 13.5 OZ size. I opened it last night and poured some in its travel size bottle, then found out there were many white stuffs in it, like Kleenex melt in the water. I called and told them this problem, but only answer I got is ---- It's over 30 days, we cannot do anything. They don't worry about if this product had serious problems in their produce line or what. So, be careful all beautiful ladies, even on the package it shows after you open it, it will be good for 24 months. The customer service told me you should check everything you buy in 30 days, so we need to do quality control by ourselves. Don't buy too many except you need it right now! Oh, if you still want to use it.

This has been sitting in my cabinet for the longest time. I'm not even sure how I acquired it. I think it came with a gift set my husband purchased for me, and I tried it once and didn't like that the consistency was like water and just wasn't quite sure how to use it. So in the cabinet it stayed. Well, I took it out the other day and looked up the reviews to see what the deal was with this stuff and found all stellar reviews! I figured I'd give it another try and I'm so glad I did. I washed my face and applied with a cotton pad similar to using a toner. I was generous and dabbed it on my whole face. I am hooked. It instantly made my face feel completely hydrated and calm. I have a lot of broken blood vessels in my cheeks, and it seems to have calmed them down a bit. I've only been using for about a week now. I let it dry and then apply my day moisturizer over it. I do the same at night. My face feels like it has a glow to it and feels so soft. I will definitely be purchasing again and will try the other products in this line.p.s. I am 65 and am always told I look way younger. I definitely attribute that to Origins products. Been using for 15+ years. Plantscription lifting cream at night is another cream I cannot live without. LOVE LOVE LOVE

I can't tell you enough about how amazing this product is. I get terrible eczema on my arms and the backs of my knees. It heals eczema breakouts and keeps breakouts from reappearing. I use it all over my face and find that it keeps me from drying out without breaking out (I have dry skin but thicker creams can make me break out). It's especially amazing to me that I can use just the Skinceuticals vitamin C serum, this product, and sunscreen and be set regardless of season, including winter in NYC.

As I had hoped, but not expected, the adaptogenic mushrooms have done a great job at assisting my skin. This line has been so impactful that I am willing to enter into a multi-step 2x daily face routine with this product. Highly recommend fhe entire mushroom line.

I have used Origins Mega-Mushroom line for many years. Due to the extraordinary rise in prices, I have switched to a more affordable brand with the exception of this Soothing Treatment Lotion. It truly does sooth my sensitive skin. Bring reasonable prices back & I will return for the entire line again.

I put this in a small spray bottle to use as it's a liquid and don't want to waste any.

I have very sensitive skin and rosacea. This product does what others promise. I have a lifetime of trying products that don't work. My pores are smaller, my skin is much smoother and the redness is almost completely gone! I am sold. I bought an extra bottle as a backup because I never want to be without it.

I thought i was getting a cream lotion but no, this is a liqued, you apply it like a serum/toner before your serums and moisturizers. But the product is hydrating but does not reduce redness as much as i hoped it would.

I use this product twice a day in the AM and PM. Really like how it hydrates my skin before I use the youth serum.

This treatment lotion leaves my skin feeling very supple and nourished. I use the mega mushroom line for my sensitive and sometimes reddened skin, ,and the whole like feels very calming and skin is so smooth.
