A: Thank you for your inquiry. This item requires 3 AA batteries, which are not included. The length of time the timer runs will depend on the quality and capacity of the batteries you choose to use. Higher quality batteries with a larger capacity are likely to last longer than batteries with lower quality or lower capacity.

Q: Received package today and only one stand or base was included. Need the base for the second tree.

Don't bother
These do not look like the photos and there are barely any lights on one of the trees. This is the first item I have purchased from Target that I am truly disappointed with.

These have not been out of the box yet. I bought them for my husband and grandsons graves. I will put them out at Christmas time.
