I bought these for post c section. I got a large as I read reviews of legs being tight and I need loose clothing for my incision. The legs are still tight but the rest (stomach area/butt) is soooo saggy. The fit is horrific and the scent is TERRIBLE. Any postpartum moms just stick with the Frieda mom mesh undies and super night time pads, they are MUCH better.

I had to change these a lot when I miscarried. I couldn’t even go more than an hour without bleeding through.. maybe that not quite what these are for. But that’s what I needed it for. It was pretty much like have a large stiff pad on with mesh holding it up. Better than having a pad moving all around. It didn’t fit over both my butt cheeks comfortably no matter what direction I put it on it seemed to go toward the middle.

I'm a size 6-8 and weigh about 145. I got size s/m since according to the size chart I fit well between that range. They are SO uncomfortable. They pinch straight into my inner thighs. They're very tight and I feel like I'm going to rip them putting them on. The scent is so overwhelming. I wear scented lotion, perfume etc and these just overpowered everything. It's like a dry powdery flower smell and I hate it lol. There shouldn't be scents all over that area. I thought about sizing up but I don't think it would fit my waist and the scent would still be a problem. I do have bigger things I guess so that might be a problem but if you're claiming size 2-14 I feel like they shouldn't pinch bigger thighs.

As someone who has always had to use some type of incontinence products due to SB. I can honestly say that the Always discreet are now for several years been my go to for embarrassing incontinence issues and I will never use anything else. Perfect fit. Hidden perfectly and best of all no embarrassing leaks.

I’ve met a lot of people who use this product and they love them. Super easy to slip on and absorb a lot. They hug you perfectly and last all day if need be. They also don’t suffocate you like other brands.

Be aware that these pads are scented! Did not see that advertised anywhere obvious enough, but I have Multiple Chemical Sensitivities so react to fragrances. This was terrible! Wish I wouldn't have bought this! Had no idea nor expected fragrance when the ones the hospital had me in were unscented.
